Legal Assistant Manager

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/ Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in mining or oil & gas company
• Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or Equivalent
• Understand capital market law
• Having the experience to organize general shareholders meeting and public expose, also reviewing annual report
• Having good relation with government, notary, lawyer, and other third parties
• Good interpersonal skill, able to relate between subordinate and manager
• Initative, self-driven, business understanding and awareness
• Having ability to be given and perform high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Applicants must be willing to work in Head Office Based.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa
• Full-Time position(s) available.
