The Harita Group is an Indonesian company based in Jakarta which main businesses in mining, palm oil and wood flooring amongst others. We are looking for suitable candidate who can fill the position as below:

 

Corporate Accounting Officer

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidation financial statements for BAL on monthly basis
• Prepare reconciliation and supporting data to be used for Monthly Management Report
• Prepare the working papers for the Management Report on monthly basis as the basis for analysis
• Assisting in preparing the Announcement Report on quarterly basis by preparing the comparative and supporting data for analysis
• Dealing with external auditors in terms of preparing the data requested and preparation of annual financial report

Requirements:

• Age maximum 32 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Have experience with an accounting firm for at least 5 years
• Have experience in big four consulting firms would be an advantage
• Have knowledge in oil palm industry would be an advantage
• Accounting background with good Accounting knowledge especially in Consolidation (knowledge in IFRS will be an advantage)
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
• Have a strong analytical skill and reporting skill

 

Tax Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• To understand and interpret Indonesian tax regulations and follow the updates
• To review and ensure tax compliance within the group as per management direction and prevailing tax regulations
• To be responsible for timely preparation and filling of tax report/returns
• To formulate and propose proper tax planning
• To appoint and liaise with tax consultants as necessary
• To contribute to improvement of internal control to minimize tax exposure
• To lead and develop compliance team

Requirements

• Age maximum 45 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Have brevet A & B certificate would be an advantage
• 5  years of tax and tax accounting experience in big corporate and/or prominent tax consulting firms
• Having experience in big four consulting firms would be an advantage
• Have knowledge in oil palm industry would be an advantage
• Have strong proficiency with Indonesian tax regulations and implementations
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
• Have a strong analytical skill and reporting skill

 

Payroll Officer

Responsibilities

• Maintain Payroll Database Entry and status-change data
• Review final timesheet/attendance list by weekly and monthly basis and coordinate with HR officer to ensure all the supporting documentation completely attached to the timesheet
• Prepare any calculation related to employee cost and benefit, such as regular payroll, overtime, final payment, bonus, insurance and provision

Requirements:

• Male, age maximum 35 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Having minimum within 3 years experience as payroll
• Having experience in big four consulting firms would be an advantage
• Deep understanding in pph 21
• Must be competent in Microsoft Office programs (excel, word & email functions)
• Mandarin is a must
• Willing to be placed at Kendawangan – Kalimantan Barat

 

Corporate Social Responsibility Supervisor (CSR SPV)

Responsibilities

• Comply with all HARITA GROUP Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements as well as those required under the Decree of the Ministry of Mines and Energy Number 555.K/26/M.PE and the Decree of the Ministry of Mines and Energy Number 1211.K/008/M.PE/1995
• Comply with all Social Responsibility requirements under HARITA GROUP Integrated Management System, vision, and values
• Conduct regular monitoring on the progress of the community programs and projects
• Conduct periodic evaluation on the performance of community relation
• Maintain and update social baseline database needed for tracking and reporting the performance of Community Relations
• Report the performance of Community Relations

Requirements:

• Age maximum 40 years old
• Bachelor degree from faculty of social science / law / communication or any discipline
• Min. 3 (three) years experience as CDO, CSR preferably from mining company or project company
• Confident and tactful communication to people in every level within the organization as well as people from various levels and villagers
• Have a good relations with community, government institution and non government institution
• Good interpersonal and organizational skill

 

Corporate Social Responsibility Superintendent (CSR SPT)

Responsibilities

Corporate Social Responsibility Manager (CSR MGR)

Responsibilities

• Comply with all HARITA GROUP Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements as well as those required under the Decree of the Ministry of Mines and Energy Number 555.K/26/M.PE and the Decree of the Ministry of Mines and Energy Number 1211.K/008/M.PE/1995
• Comply with all Social Responsibility requirements under HARITA GROUP Integrated Management System, vision, and values
• Conduct and update stakeholder mapping for each project site
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plan
• Develop commitment and issue register
• Develop and maintain grievance mechanism
• Develop annual community relation and development plan together with key stakeholders
•  Manage resources required to meet the goals and objectives of the community relation and development divisions
• Report the performance of Community Relations

Requirements:

• Age maximum 45 years old
• Bachelor degree in any discipline relevant to social, economic and humanities studies or equivalent
• Min. 8 years experience at a managerial level in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and/ or Community Development Program
• Experience in conflict management and handling community actions
• Experience in community Project Cycle Management (program design, planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation and reporting process)
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian language
• Proficiency in presentation and people skills
• Knowledge of ISO26000 and CSR best practices
• Experience in mining industries is advantages
• Experience at working with senior government officials
