Senior Staff Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends

Requirements

• Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting and GPA min 3.00
• Minimum of 2 years working experience at the same position
• Having good knowledge of Accounting
• Strong leadership skill
• Good command in English and mandarin
• Good level of computer literacy
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

Senior Staff Tax

Responsibilities

• Prepare book-keeping, monthly tax reports for tax company
• Analyze data and documentation for company  annual tax reporting
• Prepare annual tax reports and  documents and analyze data needed for tax field cases
• Complies with state and federal tax filing requirements by studying regulations; adhering to requirements; advising management on required actions; calculating quarterly estimated tax payments; assembling data for quarterly and annual tax filings

Requirements

• Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting and GPA min 3.00
• Minimum of 2 years working experience at the same position
• Posses Brevet certificate
• Strong leadership skill
• Good command in English and mandarin
• Good level of computer literacy
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

Senior Staff Finance

Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends
• Prepares state quarterly and annual statements by assembling data
• Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data
• Provides financial advice by studying operational issues; applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations
• Prepares special reports by studying variances; preparing budgets; developing forecasts
• Female
