PT Multi Harapan Utama (PT MHU) is the coal mining company was established since 1986 as PKP2B (Perjanjian Kontrak Karya Pengusahaan Pertambangan Batubara). Our concessions area in Samarinda and Kutai Kertanegara (East Kalimantan). We are seeking for qualified and highly motivated candidates from multiple disciplines to join into experienced team in a fast paced environment.

Civil Engineer – Civil & Technical Services Dept.
(Code: LCIVEN)

Main Accountabilities;
Coordinate with the Superintendent and Engineer CTS, in connection with the design drawings, technical specifications and BOQ civil works.

1. Coordinate with contractors or executing civil works associated with the work plan from the beginning to the completion of the work.
2. Full control (day to day) on civil works and ensure the completion of work in accordance with design drawings, specifications, budget, schedule completion and safe.
3. With the knowledge of the Superintendent, give instructions directly to the contractor or implementing civil works, in connection with the design changes, the performance of the contractor, the addition of jobs, etc.
4. Inspection and testing of the completion of the civil work items, for approval and then submitted or published reports job mismatches (Non-Conforming Letter) to then do the repair by the Contractor.
5. Joint examination for work progress of the contractor at the end of month or at the end of completion of the work.
6. Creating reports and diaries as well as fill out the check - list according to standards of the Company, in connection with all civil works and reported to the Project Construction Superintendent.

Requirements;

• Bachelor Degree graduate Civil Engineers
• Having minimum 5 years related experience for Diploma Degree & 3 Years for Bachelor Degree, include experience of supervision of civil works and buildings and other infrastructure, especially in the work of the project coal terminal facility or a coal processing plant.
• Having good knowledge how to read and interpret correctly the images of technical designs and specifications of the work of a project, testing soil, concrete, foundation stake in the ground and in the river, construction materials and equipment to be implemented in the completion of the project work.
• Possess BOQ and execution time for the completion of a project
• Having a basic knowledge of civil, geotechnical and soil mechanics, slope stability, water management and control of technical calculations that can be implemented in the project work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, process and result oriented, able to work under pressure
• Highly motivated and able to work as a part of a team and individually

Document Clearance Staff – Sales & Marketing Dept.
(Code: LDCS)

Main Accountabilities;

• Handling Stevedoring Work Plan, Load Permit, Permit Motion (barge)
• Export document processing such as LS, PEB & COO
• Arrangements BillL of Ladding & Cargo Manifest
• Coordination with barge and vessel agent
• Coordination with master loading in jetty
• Creating an update report on the loaded barge
• Being a shipper on board
• Coordination with surveyors

Requirements;

• Candidates must possess Senior High School or equivalent
• Having minimum 2-3 years experience related for this position
• Posses system of export document
• Proficient knowledge in the process of loading coal at the port TUKS / TUKU
• Having Good Knowledge in the coal trade system
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, process and result oriented, able to work under pressure
• Highly motivated and able to work as a part of a team and individually
