PT Muara Alam Sejahtera

In 1988, Baramulti Group commenced trading in Jakarta, the first coal concession was acquired in Malinau, East Kalimantan. It now owns seven producing coal concessions with five other concessions under development.
The Group’s shipping business was established in 1993. It now operates 40 units of tugs and barges, of which 16 are owned by the Group.
The group also owns six floating cranes which provide offshore transshipment services for dry bulk cargo.

CSR Officer

HSE Manager

Responsibilities:

• To manage HSE work activities of the project area to which he has been assigned according to the operational implementation of policies, guidelines and procedures with the prime objective of ensuring that project is meet the company’s HSE standards.
• Oversee and Handle HSE matters
• Handle legal reports and liaise with local authorities

Requirements:

• Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Experience in High Rise Building Project
• Registered as a HSE Professional with relevant HSE Organization & or Governmental Body
• 10 - 12 years experience in HSE implementation at operational & corporate level in similar/heavy industry
• Comprehensive knowledge & experience of HSE Management System & their implementation at an operational level
• Experience in leading and delivering HSE related mentoring, training & awareness programs
• Experience in performing HSE audits & inspections
• Experience in leading incident investigations, analysis & reporting processes
• Experience with emergency response planning & management an advantage
• Experience in providing management with regular feedback on HSE matters(meeting, presentation, report writing)
• Intermediate skills on MS-Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
• Advanced knowledge of OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 requirements
• Advance skill in Incident Investigations
• Industry best practice
• Advanced knowledge of OHS & E
• Proficient in English
• Indonesian citizen

IT Support Staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree is a must from any Information Technology Disciplines
• Fluent in English, both oral and written

Land Acquisition Officer

Requirements:

• Age 26-35 years old
• Minimum S1 from reputable university
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in land compensation & land acquisition
• Ability to schedule and complete the assigned tasks
• Good knowledge in mining industry and ability to collect and analyze local data for problem solving tools
• Ability to work collaboratively within team colleagues
• Preferable for those who have experiences in mining company
• Placement In Jakarta or Site

Marketing Executive

Requirements:

• Age 26-35 years old
• Bachelor Degree from any major
• Having job experience as Marketing minimum 2 years
