Asst.HRD Supervisor

Requirements:

• Age maximum 35 years old, Married
• Minimum 3 years experience in the related field, 2 years  at the Mining Company
•   Education background in / Law/ Psychology/ Human Resources Management/ Management/ Business 
• Responsible for the operational and the implementation Company regulation, human resources policies from all department in order to achieved vision and mission of the Company (HR Generalist)
• Maintain employee database/manage administration of HRD
• Having knowledge of Payroll system, Labour Law (UU Tenaga Kerja), Insurance, Jamsostek
• process Implement all procedures and SOP and complies with local regulations and Law
• Hardworking, fast learner, multitasking, well organized and be able to work independently as well as in a team in remote area is MUST
• Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Good English Level
• Able to join immediately
• Preferably  Domicile in  Palembang
• Work Location : SITE OFFICE LAHAT-SUMATERA SELATAN 

Human Resource Specialist

Requirements:

• Male, Age maximum 35 years old, Married
• Minimum 5 years experience in the related field
• Education background in / Law/ Psychology/ Human Resources Management/ Management/ Business
• Responsible for the operational and the implementation Company regulation, human resources policies from all department in order to achieved vision and mission of the Company (HR Generalist)
• Maintain employee database/manage administration of HRD

Geologist

Requirements:

• Male
• Maximum age 35 years Oold
• Bachelor Degree ini Geology
• At least 3 years experience in coal mining exploration
• Capable to use mining program (Minescape, etc)
• Highly skill in geological interpretation and resource prediction
• Good Comunication and  Good in english
• Work Location – Jakarta Head Office (without residential facility from company)

Mine Plan Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Short and Long Term Mine Plan (Production and Project)
• Prepare RKAB and RKTTL Report, Annual Report, Monthly Report
• Control Mining Document (FS, RPT)
• Monitor the progress of mining operations

Requirments:

• Male
• Maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years Experience in Mine Planning
• Capable to use Mining Software (Autocad, Surpac, Minescape)
• Posses POP certificate will be advantage
• Loyal, Honest and Hard Working
• Willing to be place at Lahat Site Office South Sumatera
