PT. Leighton Contractors Indonesia is a part of the Leighton Asia India Offshore, one of Asia's largest project development and contracting group with annual revenue exceeding US$1 billion. We are seeking calibre candidates for the following positions based Indonesia:

AP Officer (2 Positions)

Responsibilities:

• Input A/P invoices to accounting system
• Prepare payment vouchers
• Input payments to procurement system and electronic banking
• Supplier SOA Reconciliation

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 1-2 years experience
• Experience in civil/mining industry preferred
• Proficient with Microsft Excel
• Proficient in English
• Indonesian citizen only

Civil Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate the civil works(structural, mechanical, electrical, water system) to which he has been assigned in order to ensure that targets are achieved
• To coordinate and develop the assigned subordinates in order to optimize workable time in construction.
• To coordinate continuous improvement and optimization activities in order to ensure optimum efficiencies in ongoing basis.
• To ensure sufficient competent technical resources are available in order to effectively perform civil construction activities.
• To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation.
• To develop reports in order to ensure the accurate presentation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• To perform knowledge sharing in order to enhance the professional development within the organization

Requirements:

• Diploma in civil engineering or related disciplines
• 4- 7 years experience in civil/construction
• Deep knowledge upon practical application of civil (earthwork) construction & safety legal requirements
• Have extensive experience in civil infrastructure works with a capability in monitoring direct staff and subcontractors
• Experience in managing operational and technical role in the construction industry.
• Experience working at civil contractor is preferred
