Be part of a young dynamic resource company with a clear vision for the future. PT. Sorikmas Mining, a subsidiary of Sihayo Gold, has recently defined a +1 mil ounce gold resource and intends to become an Indonesian Gold Miner and continue exploration.
Reporting to the Resource Development Manager and the Exploration Manager, your role and key responsibilities will be:
Pronto Support Speciallist
Responsibilities:
- To provide assistance with the implementation of pronto xi ERP to several mining companies in Jakarta and around Indonesia.
- Ongoing on site and phone support to pronto users
- Considerable experience consulting, implementing and contributing as a functional team member
- Demonstrated experience identifying and addressing business requirements; engage with business to clarify and discuss business context and requirements, translate business requirement into different relevant scenario, and making recommendation
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma, bachelor's degree, engineering (civil) or equivalent
- Demonstrated expertise in the full suite of Pronto xi products
- Several years in a hands on role supporting Pronto in Indonesia
- Fluency in english and bahasa
- Willingness to travel to remote mine sites
- Flexible and service minded with excellent collaborative skills
- Must have a good skill on communication with users specially on conducting training, and troubleshooting on issues with users
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
