PT Muara Alam Sejahtera

In 1988, Baramulti Group commenced trading in Jakarta, the first coal concession was acquired in Malinau, East Kalimantan. It now owns seven producing coal concessions with five other concessions under development.
The Group’s shipping business was established in 1993. It now operates 40 units of tugs and barges, of which 16 are owned by the Group.
The group also owns six floating cranes which provide offshore transshipment services for dry bulk cargo.

Fixed Plant Superintendent

Requirements:

• Male
• Maximum age 40 years old
• Minimum S1, Mechanical or Maintenance Engineering from reputable University
• More than 3 years exp in same field preferably in Coal Mining
• Having exp. to Fixed plant and Equipment Maintenance Engineering Project Cost estimates
• Having exp. to modifications all assets within the Maintenance Departement
• Results oriented, well organized, detailed-conscious; strong analytical skills
• Good problem solving and project management skills
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Good Communication skill and leadership
• Computer literate
• Proficient in English

HRD & GA Coordinator

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from university graduate any field of study
• Age 30 - 40 years old
• Minimum 3 years experience as HRD & GA Supervisor
• Strong motivation, honest & loyalty, dependable, integrity and initiative
• Analytical and conceptual thinking
• Computer skill (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Good communication
• Will be placed in Jakarta or Site Location (South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan or South Sumatera)

HRD Staff

Requirements:

• Age 23 - 28 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Law, or industrial engineering from reputable univeristy
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Fast Learner, good initiative, Hard worker & able to work under pressure
• Self-motivated and willingness to learn
• Computer literate (Word, Excel & Power point)
• Placement In Jakarta or Site

Internal Audit Staff

Requirements:

• Lulusan S1 Akuntansi
• Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai Auditor di Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP)
• Menguasai MS. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Menguasai Akuntansi & Laporan Keuangan
• Mampu berbahasa Inggris
• Memiliki pengalaman pada perusahaan tambang dan atau pernah mengaudit perusahaan tambang
• Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas

Inventory Control

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering
• Male
• Age 25-30 years old
• Having work experience in the same field at least 1 years
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work in a team
• Excellent computer skills; Windows, Ms Office programs
• Good communication in English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Willing to work hard & work under pressure
• Highly motivated, high integrity & honest
• Strong leadership skill.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
