G-Resources is an Asia-Pacific gold company, based and listed in Hong Kong, and is operating the Martabe Gold Mine in North Sumatera. Having poured our first gold bars, the mine and processing plant is now focused on achieving the ramp up phase to go into full production. The open cut mine, with an average strip ratio of less than 1.4:1, and a conventional processing circuit incorporating jaw crushing, SAG and ball milling and CIL, is targeting to initially process 4.5mtpa to produce 250,000 ounces of gold and 3 million ounces of silver annually. The Martabe Gold Mine is striving to maintain an excellent track record in responsible mining practices, and clear commitment to compliance to mining regulations as well as developing and managing mining activities with the involvement of local communities.

To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:

Internal Communications & Publication Specialist (COM 0858)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain consistent corporate image through information materials 
• Develop communications plan for internal parties’ engagement according to the umbrella strategy
• The role is critical in monitoring, researching, evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of the G-Resources internal communication and publications, and also making appropriate improvements and recommendations

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Communications, Design, Journalism and other related subjects
• Preferably senior level staff with minimum 5 (five) years in Communications or other related fields such as Visual Communications Design or Advertising, experience with Communication-related agency would be an advantage
• Having good sense and excellence in design skills, including the expertise in using audio-visual software (Image, Video, or Flash), and web-based application
• Having excellence in bilingual (journalistic) writing for a variety of audiences in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and the ability to draft for reviewing and editing a wide range of communications materials
• Extensive experience and familiarity of the whole production process for communication materials - from creative concept development, content writing, design & layout, bidding, communicating correctly and thoroughly with vendors, supervising the execution of production and post-production
• Having the ability to analyse, summarise and simplify complex information and communicate it in a clear and concise manner to different audiences
• Excellent Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and prioritize workload
• Excellent administration and organizational skills with attention to the smallest details and ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and prioritize workload
• Strong ability to work independently while being an integral team member
• Highly motivated to work in a demanding, very deadline-driven environment with the ability to work additional hours as job & peak business as deadline require
