COMMERCIAL ANALYST

Jobdesc :

• Lead a tender preparation process, set the offer price based on calculations and analysis using the latest methods of financing with considering also aspects of engineering, project management, operation & maintenance, legal, sourcing, SMK3, and should be aligned with financial indicators requested by management.

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Project Financing and Techno Commercial
• Knowing Tender Regulation (PTK Migas, SK Dir PLN, etc.) will be advantage
• Experience in power system industry or power plant business are preferable.

COMMERCIAL CONTROLLER

Jobdesc :

• Provide accurate and timely financial report and analysis of the revenue and expenses.
• Maintain POC (Percentage of completion) of projects.
• Support in preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flow
• Support maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting process
• Support preparation of Monthly Consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet
• Support in project financial model , cost analysis, cost structuring and investment

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Min. 3 years experience in financial controller or reporting.
• Experience with accounting software and SAP.
• Excellent understanding of operational cost control, vendor management and quality assurance
• Experience in power system industry or power plant business are preferable.
