PT Bayan Resources

The Bayan Group is one of the largest coal mining groups in Indonesia with mines located in East and South Kalimantan. The Bayan Group produces coal ranging from semi-soft coking coal to environmentally-friendly low sulphur, sub-bituminous coal. The Bayan Group has exclusive rights to mine under five Coal Contracts of Works (CCOWs) and sixteen Izin Usaha Pertambangan’s (IUPs) awarded by the Government of Indonesia over a total concession are of 138,524 Ha, an area approximately twice the size of the country of Singapore.

Serving as an integrated coal producer, the Bayan Group has its own coal loading infrastructure. It owns one of the largest coal terminals in Indonesia known as the Balikpapan Coal Terminal with a throughput capacity of 15 million metric tonnes per annum and a stockpiling capacity of approximately one million tonnes across 16 stockpiles. It can fully load large Panamax vessels (up to 90,0000 DWT) and partially load Cape size vessels (up to 200,000 DWT). It also operates 2 floating transfer stations.

ICT Application Staff

Responsibilities:

• Application Programming – Extensive experience with application programming work using Microsoft .NET and/or Java programming platforms.
• Systems Analysis – Extensive experience in defining and understanding user requirements, and the ability to translate these requirements into a technical solution, e.g. reports, program or online query.
• Database systems – Extensive experience with database management systems, as a minimum must have two (2) years’ administration and developer experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• General Application Background – Experience working with and supporting ERP, HRMS and Sharepoint Portal system, including report writing using tools such as Crystal, and supportive programming for these commercial applications.

Requirements:

• The successful candidate will become part of a team who will operate, support and improve the commercial application platform company. Ideally you should have five (5) years application experience, with three (3) years in a systems analyst and database programming role, a university graduate from a reputable institution, and a self-starter who is able to work independently. Interpersonal and language skills to work with both local and expatriate staff are required. You must have the ability to communicate effectively, work well with a team, and write reports and formal documentation. Compensation shall be commensurate to your level of expertise and experience.

Sales Administration ( code:SLA 0210)

Responsibilities:

• Support Marketing team related on trade finance
• Production report, coal inventory, coal inquiry
• Prepare coal contract that related with coal transshipment and coal quality, documents that needed for tender submission

Requirements :

• Having experience minimum of 1 years in coal mining industry would be preferred (fresh graduate are encourage to apply)
• Understand bidding documents for tender
• Female
• Age between 22 – 30 years old
• Education minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
• Communicative and able to work as a team
• Analytical thinking and understand main details that is required to solve duties and certain problems
• Able to prepare accurate report Good proficiency in English both oral & written

ICT Staff - Communications Systems

Responsibilities:

• PBX systems – Experience working with PBX System especially Panasonic PBX TDE and TDA, with ability to administer, operate and install PBX system.
• MDF and Cabling systems – Experience working with MDF and Cabling, with ability to administer, operate and install MDF cabling system.
• TCP/IP systems – Experience and in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP in a medium to large network. In particular must have experience with routing protocols, DHCP, DNS, network troubleshooting in LAN and WAN, and TCP/IP network management.
• Others – Wireless systems, VoIP, VSAT, CCTV, Two-way Radio and related technologies.

Requirements:

• You should have at least five (3) years IT industry experience, with minimum one (1) year in a systems administration role in Communications systems, in the specific areas enumerated above, a university graduate from a reputable institution, and a self-starter who is able to work independently. Interpersonal and language skills to work with both local and expatriate staff are required. You must have the ability to communicate effectively, write reports and formal documentation.

Systems Administrator – Client-Server Systems

Responsibilities:

• Client-Server operating systems – Windows Servers platform. In particular must have extensive experience in the roll-out and administration of all aspects of Active Directory Services in the context of a multi-site medium to large organization.
• Client-Server application systems – Messaging, Backup, Database, Citrix platforms. As a minimum, must have extensive experience in the roll-out and administration of Microsoft Exchange Server system in a multi-site enterprise environment.
• Data Center – Candidate must have minimum three year experience in the operation and supervision of a centralized corporate-grade data center operation with a minimum of ten servers.
• Familiarity with general local area network, wide area network and security system technologies.

Requirements:

• You should have at least five (5) years IT industry experience, with minimum three (3) years in a senior systems administration role, in the specific areas enumerated above, a university graduate from a reputable institution, and a self-starter who is able to work independently. Interpersonal and language skills to work with both local and expatriate staff are required. You must have the ability to communicate effectively, coach junior technical staff, write reports and formal documentation. Professional industry certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
