Commercial Head

Resopnsibilities:

• Handling Daily Petty Cash Rpeorts, Payment to Vendors and staff, Fund flow management, Barge Loading Documents(RKBM, SKAB,SPB), Royalty payment, Provide monthly report to General Manager (GM), prepare weekly and monthly cost sheet, prepare Budget VS Actual details in monthly basis for Site operation.
• Handling procurement Management ( PR, Inventory System, Fuel Consumption report and records)
• Handling Contract Agreement for sub – Contractors and monitoring the contractor progress of work at site
• Hadling Logistic matters ( Unit deployment, Rental Agreement, Availabilty of Units on Site, Supply chain / materials on daily basis)
• Handling Account matters ( Daily expenses review, review invoices, Cash advance payment process, prepare weekly/monthly report)
• Handling Barge Loading Matters (RKBM, SKAB, SPB documents, Royalty payment, Monthly reconciliation)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, or Master Degree in Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• With 5 – 7 years in same or similar position and Candidates must have good problem solving, administration system, technical calculations, research & analysis on technical data, and understand Coal Mining Operation business process
• Has good interpersonal skill and high integrity
• Fluent in English ( Verbal and Written)
• Will be based at Samarinda City
• Male, Maximum 40 years old
• Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access, MS Outlook , Internet)
• Able to work under pressure with tight target schedule

HR & Office Admin Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Handling HR administration matters ( Emplyment Agreement, Medical Claim, Attendance records, Jamsostek, etc)
• Handling Office Administration ( Supervise OB, Prepare Consumables for office, prepare out going letters,telephone calls, fax, email, etc)
• Handling Expat Formalites ( Stay Permit, Work Permit, Re-Entry Permit, passport, etc)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Administration 
• With 5 – 7 years in same or similar position and Candidates must have good problem solving, good administration system, good communication skills.
• Has good interpersonal skill and high integrity
• Fluent in English ( Verbal and Written)
• Will be based at Head Office in Jakarta
• Female, Maximum 30 years
• Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access, MS Outlook , Internet)
• Able to work under pressure with tight target schedule

Mechanical Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree on Mechanical engineering background with good academic standing
• 5- 7 years working experience in Crusing Plant and Stockpile.    Experience in maintanance of Crushing Plant project
• Understand project management tools and techniques
• Knowledge and experience in Conveyor Mechanical installation techniques and standards.
• Familiar with working at Coal Mining Operatiion Site
• Familiar in Supervising staff at the Field
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• High personal energy level, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure in project environment
