Contract Management Admin

Job Description :

• To organize contract-related database so all contracts will be recorded and archived based on contract age.
• To verify the completeness of the administrative document vendors and prospective vendors, so all administrative paperworks are complete and valid according to the needs of the contracting process.
• To set up all administrative preparation for tender biding, so the tender bidding process can run well.
• To follow-up process of making new contracts so that the contract can be resolved in a timely and well monitored.
• To monitor and communicate to user about the age of contract contract that will be expires, so the contract need to be followed up with a process of making a contract extension or addendum in accordance with applicable law.

Job Specification :

• Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree majoring Industrial Engineering, Business Administrative, Librarian, or Noctariat.
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 3 years experience at the same position.
• Having document management skill.
• Having contract management skill.
• Detail oriented.
• High initiative.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Fluent in english.

 

Road Construction Foreman

Job Specification :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Engineering (Civil).
• Having 1 years experience in related field, preferably in mining industries
• Good Communication and possess strong passion with detail oriented job
• Applicants must be willing to work in Tanjung.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Haul Road Bridge Maintenance Foreman

Job Description :

• Monitor the condition of bridges along the hauling road to identify potential damage/ malfunction.
• Identify needs repair/ maintenance of the infrastructure bridges along the hauling road.
• Identify the factors that affect the service life/ cause damage to the bridge and provide preventive steps to avoid and measure against damage that appears.
• Perform periodic maintenance of the bridges along the hauling road.
• Carry out repairs to the bridge along the hauling road in accordance with procedures and regulations
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Tanjung.
