PT Semesta Centramas (Adaro Group)

Balangan Coal as one of the fast growing coal mining group, operating in South Kalimantan, which is located 11 km southeast of Adaro Indonesia’s concession, owns coal licenses covering an area of 7,500 ha. Balangan coal consisted of three companies namely PT Paramitha Cipta Sarana (PCS), PT Semesta Centramas (SCM), and PT Laskar Semesta Alam (LSA).

Currently we are looking for professional, dynamic, self motivated and dedicated person to fill this following position

Shift Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Monitor accomplishment of mine plan, operation plan, production, and to ensure mine plan and productions target are running well
• Supervise all of mine operation processes and activities and coordinate - mining service contractors
• Ensure that all of mine production processes are in accordance with the companys standard procedure and HSE regulation
• Report to the Production Superintendent regarding the mining performance

Requirements:

• Male
• Bachelor degree in Geology/Mining Engineering, with min  GPA 2.80 / 4.00.
• At least 5 years experiences in coal mining company  and minimum 2 years experiences in the same position at coal mining.
• Preferably held a POP competency  certificate.
• Strong commitment to SHE and SOP.
• Willing to be located on Site Balangan, South Kalimantan

Production Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring  coal production operation to meet target considering effective, effeciency as a highly safety commitment.
• Coordinating and supervision- mining service contractors.
• Report to the Mine Manager (KTT) regarding the mining performance and its evaluation.
• To ensure all of unit set-up and manpower set-up in mining operation are good performances conditions
• Manage and implemented short term and long term mine plan.

• Male
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering, with minimum GPA 2.80 / 4.00
• At least 8 years experiences in coal mining company  and minimum 3 years experiences in the same position at coal mining.
• An effective leader with good interpersonal skills, good ability to communicate with consultants, employees, sub-contractor and local residents.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices (good mining practices).
• Posses POP & POM competency  certificate
• Good knowledge in mining principles, mine design concepts, mining method, mine evaluation and equipment performance analysis.
• Strong commitment to SHE and SOP.
• Willing to be located on Site Balangan, South Kalimantan

Mine Geologist

Responsibilities:

• Mengelola dan mengendalikan kegiatan penyediaan yang akan digunakan bagi mine planning operation support, yang meliputi: penyediaan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif cadangan, penentuan sumber daya dan resiko cadangan, metode penambangan dan pemilihan, penanganan, pencampuran (blending) dan transportasi batu bara.
• Mengawasi pengolahan data eksplorasi
• Mengelola dan mengendalikan kegiatan Coal Flow  dan Coal Quality.
• Memonitor pelaksanaan investigasi secara cepat, tepat, dan akurat atas kondisi out spec dan kontaminasi.
• Membantu dalam pembuatan laporan eksplorasi ataupun development ke pemerintah secara berkesinambungan.

Requirements :

• Pria
• Lulusan S1  Geology dengan IPK min  2.75 / 4.00.
• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di posisi yang sama di perusahaan tambang batubara.
• Berkomitmen  terhadap peraturan HSE dan SOP yang berlaku di perusahaan.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Balangan, Kalimantan Selatan dengan sistem rooster.
