PT. Meares Soputan Mining is operating The Toka Tindung Gold Project located 34 km north east of Manado, North Sulawesi, Indonesia. Toka Tindung is fully operational and all infrastructure is in place. The first gold pour took place in April 2011.

To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, PT. Meares Soputan Mining is pleased to invite applications for the following role:

HRD SUPERINTENDENT

HR professional with experience in position of HR Superintendent and also experienced in Training & Development as junior as well as senior staff.

Requirements :

• Minimum Degree in Management /Law/Psychology (S1).
• Having experiences in mining area at same position.
• 10 years experience as a HR Practitioner.
• Having experience in Training and Development especially from set up until implementation of the training system.
• Familiar with competency based HR and talent management and employee development.
• Well understanding of the Indonesian Man Power Regulation and Law.
• Familiar with expatriate formalities
• Good Negotiation skill.
• Leadership skill.
• Assessment skill.
• Advance computer & presentation skills.
• Understand and communicate in English written and spoken.
