In 1988, Baramulti Group commenced trading in Jakarta, the first coal concession was acquired in Malinau, East Kalimantan. It now owns seven producing coal concessions with five other concessions under development.
The Group’s shipping business was established in 1993. It now operates 40 units of tugs and barges, of which 16 are owned by the Group.
The group also owns six floating cranes which provide offshore transshipment services for dry bulk cargo.
Dept Head Maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Having skills in repairing equipment/equipment maintenance in the factory such as pump, gear, and workshop.
- Showed high integrity and commitment to HSE standard
- Understanding Mincom Ellipse is a must.
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering and Maintenance
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 40 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S-1), Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree (S-2) in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant major.
- Having at least 5 years of working experience in related field in Mining company.
- Have strong knowledge and expertise in maintenance/preventive plan program through CMMS/Oracle.
- Self motivated, hard worker, and have good leadership skills, especially in coordinating activities with the subordinates and maintenance crew.
- Computer literate with MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.
- Possess good communication skill and interpersonal skill (In English and Bahasa), and able to maintain good relationship and good coordination with superior and also with other related departments.
- Possess strong capability to work independently, and in a team as well
- Willing to be placed at Lahat, South Sumatera.
Electrical Engineer Superintendent
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective financial management of the engineering department by setting maintenance budgets, capital works program’s and engineering plans and ensuring that performance against there are regularly monitored and reviewed. Responsible for the general cost control aspects of maintenance, the preparation of departmental cost budgets and their implementation and submission to management.
- Control of Capital Project Planning, in liaison with management, to ensure capital funding is effectively allocated and budgeted in accordance with company directives and philosophy.
- Plan, implement and administer an energy management program by establishing energy reduction objectives, the maintenance of records and regular reporting of performance against these objectives.
- Contribute to guest satisfaction standards by ensuring that technical support services quickly address, and where possible, anticipate, individual needs. Ensure the safety and comfort of guests and that any requests for service are handled in a courteous and efficient fashion.
- Ensure the effective operation of all the mechanical and electrical systems and equipment by implementing and managing a preventative maintenance program.
- Contribute to the effectiveness of management decision making by representing the engineering department at all management and staff meetings and by ensuring regular liaison with heads of other departments
Requirements:

- Excellent command of spoken and written English

- 3 years of engineering experience with 1 year in a management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Field Campaign & Technical Superintendent
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all actions taken are compliant with the Safety, Risk and Environmental Action Plans
- Set a Continous Improvement, Development & Implementation of Plant Improvement Opportunities
- Contribute to the effectiveness of management decision making by representing the engineering department at all management and staff meetings and by ensuring regular liaison with heads of other departments

- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mechanical Engineer and more than 5 years similar work exp

- Good Communication skill and leadership

Finance & Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible of full set of accounts and analysis of accounts.
- Responsible for the daily operational function of Accounts Department.
- Responsible for timely and accurate monthly financial, management reporting and analysis.
- Assist in preparation of annual budget.
- Assist in cash flow management and planning, tax planning.
- Assist in credit control, internal controls and provide innovative measures for tighter controls on weak areas.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably experienced in Audit and mining company
- Good knowledge of the full set of accounts, budgeting, Company Acts and Regulations

- Stockpile Measurement (stock of name)
- EOM (End Of Month) Measurements

Requirement:
- Male, Maximum 40 years old
- Bachelor degree from geodetic engineer
- Have minimum 5 years experience in the same field
- Experienced Exploration Survey Topography
- Experienced in survey Exploitation / Mining
- Being able to manage the job well
- Able to resolve technical issues related to the survey and mapping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Have a good personality, appearance, attitude, honest, and responsible.
Geologist
Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys and interpreting geological data in order to inform drilling and production procedures.
- Ensuring all procedures adhere to health and safety regulations and pit mapping.
- Liaising with a range of experts including other geologists, engineers, metallurgy experts and mine workers.
- Keeping up to date with current geological research.
- Producing written reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Geology.
- Geologist with three until five (3-5) years experience in coal mining exploration (drillings and mapping activity), engineering and consulting.
- Capable to operate MineScape Stratmodel.
- Preferably posses a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
- Highly skill in geological interpretation and resources estimation.
- Understand resources reporting standards.
- Excellent understanding in exploration database validation.
- Excellent use of GIS Software and (Mapinfo etc).
- Good communication and presentation skills including report writing – Good English is essential.
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
- Ready worked in remote area (Sumatera & Kalimantan)
