Finance and Accounting

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring dialy cash position
• Controlling AP & AR aging schedulle, preparing payment process
• Making journal entries for dialy transactions
• Assisting in closing process and monthly report
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Demand Planner

Requirements::

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• To prepare, analyze and monitor of the demand planning for both domestic and export shipment by using barge as provided from S&OP so that the minimum waiting time target and shipping volume are achieved.
• To coordinate with customer’s customers related to barge loading slot schedule for monthly and quarterly shipments to get agreed loading slot.
• To  process vessel and barge accepatance to the customer's customer based on checklist review done by Control Staff
• To coordinate with the barge owners for both domestic and export for shipping schedule related to the CIF (Cost Insurance Freight) shipments to support shipping volume.
