PT. LESTARI BERKAT SEJAHTERA (LBS), is a well established and modern mining contractor company providing services for the rapid growth mining and related industries in Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan.

Now are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team, and grow with us as:

 

ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT (Code : ENGSPT)

Qualification:

• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering
• 7 years experience in open pit coal at the same level
• Able to established cost estimation and cash flow
• Able to define and implement with the project control / planner engineer on the basis of the project budget execution.
• Able to establish and implement the progress & performance measurement and reporting system (weekly and monthly report)
• Able to operate software minescape and x-pac
• Preferably held a POP competency certificate
• High integrity and willing to contribute to corporate further development

 

LONG TERM PLAN ENGINEER (Code : ENGGL)

Qualification :

• Male/female max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering
• Min. 3 - 4 years experience as a mine engineer in the area of mining industry
• Have a POP license would be an advantage
• Proven skills in mine scheduling tools utilizing software such as minescape and Xpac will be an advantage
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate

 

PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT (Code : OPTSPT)

Qualification :

• Male, Max 40 years old
• Min. SMA / D3 in any major
• Min. 7 years experience in open cut mining our similar role.
• A working knowledge of surface and minescape mine planning software will be advantage
• Proficient in computer programs and english.
• Able to develop work programs, work systems and periodic reports with the good
• Able to operate A2B
• Preferably held a "POP" competency certificate
• Have strong leadership skills
• Be efficient honest team player, with analytical skills attention to detail and quality.

 

MINE FOREMAN (Code : MFGL)

Qualification :

• Male, Max. 35 years
• Min. SMA / D3 in any major
• Min. 3 - 4 years experience as a mine foreman in the area of mining industry
• Able to operate A2B
• Have strong leadership skills
• Have basic knowledge on mining, good mining practice method, media communication is preferred
• Have a POP License would be an advantage

 

SENIOR MECHANIC HEAVY EQUIPMENT (Code : SRMCH)

Qualification :

• Male Max. 40 years old
• 5 - 8 years experiences as Heavy Equipment Mechanic
• BMC License preferred
• Able to work in a team
• Unit that will be handled All komatsu Product which is : HD 465 up, PC 1250 up, GD 705 up, DZ 375
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ.

 

MECHANIC HEAVY EQUIPMENT (Code : MCH)

Qualification :

• Male Max. 35 years old
• 2 - 4 years experiences as Heavy Equipment Mechanic
• BMC License preferred
• Able to work in a team
• Unit that will be handled All komatsu Product which is : HD 465 up, PC 1250 up, GD 705 up, DZ 375
