PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa. Tbk ("DSS") established in year 1996 and it is a publicly-listed company in Indonesia since year 2009. DSS is engaged power and steam generation. coal mining, multimedia, and chemical trading. Currently DSS has more than 30 subsidiaries.

Corporate Finance Director

Qualifications:

• Minimum S1 graduate in finance or accounting from reputable university, preferably with MBA and substantial overseas exposure.
• Holder of CFA / CPA certificate plus audit/advisory experience in big four public accounting firm is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, including senior-management responsibility in publicly listed company.
• Previous exposure in project finance, project acquisition, corporate finance, and/or commercial negotiations, are expected.
• Fluency in english is required; mandarin communication skill is an advantage. With a vision of becoming a leading energy and infrastructure company in Indonesia, we are looking for hih-potential candidates to be employed for Corporate Finance Director position at our company or subsidiaries or affiliates.
