ROAD MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

Responsibilities :

• Monitor road maintenance and improvements work according to specifications requires, evaluate road cost estimation

Requirement:

• Male, max. 40 years
• Min D3 or S1 civil engineer or relevant disciplines
• 3 year experiences in the road construction and road maintenance
• Good knowledge in operational heavy equipment operational and road maintenance
• Proactive and able to work in dynamic workplace and team player
• Assigned in Kalimantan/ Jakarta

 

SHE SECTION HEAD

Responsibilities :

• Facilitating employees up to the level of Superintendent in the implementation of PRIMA'S (PSG SHE Management System) to achieve the targets of K3LH already stipulated in work area that become his responsibility

Requirement :

• Male, Max. 30 - 35 years
• Min. S1 Health or relevant disciplines
• 3 years in mining company with the same position
• Preferred to holder of HSE Certificate
• Preferred understanding ISO 9001:2008, GMP, SMK3 and OHSAS
• Mastering waste treatment and SMK3
• Preparing work plan as well as promoting and socializing K3LH program
• Campaigning and promoting K3LH to generate awareness of occupational safety
• Facilitating & analyzing the implementation and preservation of emergency-response plan
• Assigned in Kalimantan

 

PRODUCTION GROUP LEADER

Responsibilities :

• Ensure mining safety and conducting P5M
• Control per pit per hour production according to capacity setting
• Ensure all operation activities (front loading, hauling, disposal) meet parameter standard and traffic regulations

Requirements:

• Male, Max. 30 years
• Min. SMA / D3 in any major
• Three years experience in the same position and preferably have experience in mining company
• Have basic knowledge on mining, good mining practice method, media communication is preferred
• Have been joining POP is preferred
• Assigned in Kalimantan

 

PLANT SECTION HEAD

Responsibilities:

• Controlling the maintenance and repairing of equipment in jobsite so as to have high availability , best performance ,reasonable cost and good performance safety (SHE best performance).

Requirements:

• Male max. 40 years old
• Min. D3
• 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Good competencies & comprehend on Heavy Equipment Maintenance Service & Management.
• Assigned in Kalimantan / Sumatra

 

PLANT GROUP LEADER

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and repairing equipment in job site so as to have high availability , best performance ,reasonable cost and good performance safety (SHE best performance).

Requirements:

• Male max. 40 years old
• Min. SMA / D3 in any major
• 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Good competencies & comprehend on Heavy Equipment Maintenance Service & Management.
• Assigned in Kalimantan / Sumatra

 

GA INFRASTRUCTURE GROUP LEADER

Responsibilities:

• Supervising construction projects & reporting the progress of the ongoing projects in the field
• Responsible for the maintenance of building construction

Requirements:

• Male, max 32 years
• Min. STM Construction Engineering / D3 Civil Engineering
• 2 years experience in the same position in the mining sector
• Mastering material control, formulation of RAB, asset management and maintenance building
• Capable of reading work picture
• Mastering MS Office and Auto Cad
• Skilled in negotiation and communications
• Capable of work with multi tasking, smart, accurate and working in team
• Having SIM A
• Assigned in Kalimantan

 

HUMAN CAPITAL GROUP LEADER

Responsibilities:

• Perform HR function include Recruitment, People Development, and Industrial Relations in the whole area of the jobsite Prima

Requirements:

• Male, max. 30 years
• Min. S1 Management/Economy/HRD Management/ Psychology
• 2 years experience in the same position in mining company
• Mastering Payroll, Manpower Administration, General Affair, Jamsostek, Manpower Insurance & Law
• Good communications skill
• Mastering Ms Office
• Assigned in Kalimantan

 

ENVIROMENT GROUP LEADER

Responsibilities:

• Executing Management System of K3LH, including policies of K3LH and other procedures
• Ascertaining mining operation to fulfill environmental aspect,
• Acting as advisor of operational supervisor in the environmental affairs
• Monitoring operational activity in accordance with the existing system

Requirement:

• Max. 30 years
• Min. D3 Environmental Engineering
• 2 years experience in mining environment,
• Understanding mining water treatment (including the treatment of mining acid water, management of settling pond, management of mining water quality such as turbidity, TSS-total suspended solid, etc)
• Understanding management of B3 and LB3, including legal aspect thereof,
• Understanding rehabilitation of ex-mining site, including re-vegetation and reclamation, re-conturing, topsoil and soil etc
• Understanding environmental management system
• Preferred if the candidate has certificate ISO 14001 on environmental management and POP
• Assigned in Kalimantan
