Compliance Coordinator

Job Description:

• Making sure that the company follows the necessary law and regulatory requirements for their industry.
• Having experience in coordinating with the government institution, related with the licensing process for Coal Mining Industry.
• Experience about land accuisition sertification process, litigation, administration and procedural.
• Ensuring proper documentation of all land transactions to provide comprehensive records in line with legal requirements and future asset protections

Qualification :

• Male, with age maximum 40 years old
• Graduated from S1/S2  degree Majoring in Law from reputable University
• Min. 5 - 8 years experience in the same position
• Strong analytical skill and detail oriented
• Highly motivated person, independent, excellent interpersonal skills, team work  and ready to
• work under pressure.
• Having PERADI ( Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia ) license. As an added value.
• Willing to work in site area ( Sangatta  East Kalimantan )
