CCP Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Create, propose, direct and evaluate a monthly work plan and budget of coal chain process (CCP) operation units
• Create, manage and evaluate operational plan of CCP (Crushing Plant) and supporting tools for optimal useable
• Direct and ensure quality of coal process at CCP and manage stock pile
• Create a report that related with monitoring of implementation and compliance to achieve targets and quality
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements

• Male, max 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma degree in industrial engineer / mine engineer with a minimum 3-5 years of experience include 2-3 year in the same field and the same industry and 2 years in supervisor/managerial/senior technical position.
• Experience manage CPP (Crushing Plant) and stock pile
• Have a POP & Active in English
• Placement on site in Meulaboh with roster system (6 weeks work, 2 weeks field break for Non Local)

 

Infrastructure Facilities Services Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide design and cost estimation
• Supervise all of work completed on site to ensure the fulfillment of required quality and productivity
• Assist and direct mechanical completion, commissioning and start-up activities of the work plan with all parties to facilitate these activities
• Operate & Maintenance Water Plant Treatment (WTP) & Water Intake
• Maintenance Building Facilities (Mess / Office)
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements

• Male, max 35 years old
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience on civil construction & Maintenance
• Knowledge on national & international standards and the material testing methods
• Experience Water Plant Treatment & Water Intake
• Experience in design & cost estimation
• Placement on site in Meulaboh with roster system (6 weeks work, 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring)

Maintenance Planning and Schedulling Supervisor

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement preventive and predictive maintenance system that can measure, monitor and control all asset on site, including in creating part planning system
• Create and develop maintenance tasks and schedule registration based on daily inspections and result of the actual examination condition.
• Monitor and evaluate maintenance activity done by technician / contractors to ensure it is in accordance with agreed plan and schedule.
• Collect maintenance data for all production and operational site assets to be used in preventive & predictive audit process.
• Create and submit maintenance activity report.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Male, max 35 years old.
• Degree in Mining / Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical engineering with min experiences 3 -5 years in the same position and industries
• Familiar and able to operate heavy equipment in fixed plant (generator, crushing plant, Conveyor OLC and BLC)
• Able to operate maintenance supporting system such as SAP PM (Preventive Maintenance) module
• Understand project management process and work schedule control
• Placement on site in Meulaboh with roster system (6 weeks work, 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring)

 

Loading Master Supervisor

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Create, propose, direct and evaluate weekly plan for barge loading unit.
• Supervise, control and evaluate the coal loading process to the barge.
• Control, implement and make a report for off the dock and barge in Jetty.
• Supervise and control in/out of barge, sea transportation, navigation process in port area
• Check and control barge eligibility.
• Monitor maintenance of navigational aid, support tools and other shipping equipment at Jetty / dock to meet standards of safety and shipping.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Male, Max. 35 years old
• Degree in Shipping with experience in Barging and Loading is a MUST with min experiences 3 - 5 years in the same positions and industries
• Have a K3 and shipping ANT 3 certificate
• Placement on site in Meulaboh with roster system (6 weeks work, 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring)

 

Field Maintenance & Workshop Supervisor

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Create, propose, deliver and evaluate a weekly work plan of workshop unit in port operation to ensure that are in accordance with company work plan.
• Plan, create, implement and supervise a workshop models, build a port infrastructure and time implementation for ensure all is running well, including its administration.
• Direct and supervise subordinate and contractor in planning and implementation of workshop process in the port accordance with company regulation.
• Supervise, control and conduct a daily inspection workshop process in the port to archive a quality and quantity cost and time planned.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Male, Max. 35 years old
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, with min 3 - 5 experiences in the same position and industry
• Knowledge in Electrical Engineering
• Familiar and able to operate heavy equipment in fixed plant (generator, crushing plant, Conveyor, Ship Loader)
• Placement on site in Meulaboh with roster system (6 weeks work, 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring)

 

OLC/BLC Operational Foreman

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Operate and ensure a barge loading conveyor is running well.
• Coordinate with all parties about stock piling, moving crushed, re-handling and loading coal until barging process to minimize damage
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Male max 28 years old.
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma degree in mechanical or electrical engineer with min 2 - 3 year work experiences include 1 year experience operate OLC or BLC.
• Able to operate Over Land Conveyor (OLC) or Barge Loading Conveyor (BLC)
• Experience in coaling process into barge
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh with 6-2 roster system (6 weeks of work and 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring)

 

Transshipment Operation Foreman

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Implement transshipment process from preparation, administration, loading & unloading and monitoring vessel for reach a target of sales plan and ensure that all is in accordance with standard regulation.
• Manage all of transshipment administration process for ensure all of availability of transshipment document accordance with standard regulation.
• Monitor coal condition in barge, from temperature, weather, and contamination and secure any issue that might arise during a trip to the vessel so that the quality and quantity is maintained in accordance with customer request.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Male, max 28 years old.
• Degree in Maritime or Shipping or Harbor Management with min 1 - 2 year experiences in vessel agent / transshipment / shipping / stevedoring
• Fluent in English IS A MUST
• Have an ANT 3 or 4 certification
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh with 6-2 roster system (6 weeks of work and 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring)

 

Field Maintenance & Workshop Foreman

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Implement a maintenance program for ensure all of equipment is ready to use
• Manage, implement and control schedule of maintenance plan for ensure application of equipment and help a port operational activity is running well accordance with company target
• Repair any damage that may result in disruption of the production process
• Supervise, manage and evaluate the application and maintenance of operational tools activity
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Male, max 28 years old.
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma degree in mechanical or electrical engineer with min 1- 2 year work experiences include 1 year experience in fix plant (conveyor OLC/BLC, crusher, generator ext)
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh with 6-2 roster system (6 weeks of work and 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring)
