Tax Senior Staff

Responsibilities:

• To verify the transactions tax ( tax invoice input and output as well as the Bank Disbursement Voucher / BDV ) to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data .
• To prepare the data required for reporting actual tax liability company to ensure each required data available to precisely and accurately in accordance with the applicable procedures .
• To input the transactions into the e - tax returns correctly and accurately in accordance with the standards and procedures set so that every transaction tax related data can be provided with appropriate and accurate in accordance with the applicable procedures .
• To create reports of tax payments or mail tax payments ( SSP ) based on data from the e - tax return as well as to verify and ensure the completeness of the data , so that all statements made ​​in accordance with the tax regulations .
• To conduct an examination of the results of the SSP is being paid to ensure precision and accuracy of the data.
• To archive all documents to keep order administrative transactions and facilitates tracing documents
• To up date information about the latest tax laws and apply them in the work so that every transaction tax is always done in accordance with applicable tax laws.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Taxation from reputable university.
• Having 1 - 2 years experiences in similar position (from tax consultant and mining industry are preferable).
• Able to make Mass SPT.
• Understanding Tax rules and Accounting.
• Detail oriented, discipline, responsible, able to work individually or as part of team.
• Excellent command in English.
• Having excellent interpersonal skills.

Maintenance Planning Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Prepare, communicate, and coordinate maintenance planning and schedulling in OPCC area to support the implementation of maintenance schedules and activities, in accordance with company’s standards and procedures.

• Create and communicate maintenance planning systems and procedures and condition monitoring activities to support maintenance activities in OPCC area
• Create detailed schedule assigned to employee level and communicate ensuring all maintenance personal understand.
• Coordinate with each jobholder in Maintenance section to ensure the conformity of planning and its implementation of maintenance activities in OPCC.
• Monitor the implementation of work schedule and give operationaln directions to ensure its compliance with schedule, the availability of labor and stock (parts) according to plan/ schedule.
• Ensure feedback is obtained from the maintenance section as to the reasons for not achieving scheduled plan. Monitor any reduction in plant availability due to maintenance failure and develop and implement corrective actions.
• Provide action plans to improve the delivery of planning/ monioring plans in the OPCC area to Maintenance Department Head for approval.
• Monitor the performance of the maintenance section using measurable KPI’s.
• Prepare required reports for supervisors to feedback to maintenance section areas for improvement and plant utilisation.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Mechanical Engineering/ Management.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Maintenance Planner & Scheduller.
• Required competencies : Plant Operational Management, Maintenance Management, Preventive Maintenance.
• Good communication, leadership, and managerial skills
• Good command in English both oral and written.
• Willing to be located at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan.
