PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (CODE: RBA-PRODSH)

Qualification:

• Male max. 35 years old for Supervisor, and max 30 years old for Group Leader.
• Min. Senior high school or equivalent.
• 5 years experience in open pit coal mining area for Supervisor, 3 years experience for Group Leader.
• Capable on Fleet Management & having knowledge of operational Heavy equipment.
• Preferably held a "POP" competency certificate
• High integrity and willing to contribute to corporate further development.
• Based in East Kalimantan.

 

ENGINEERING MINE PLAN SUPERVISOR (CODE: RBA-ENGSH)

Qualification:

• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering
• 3 years experience in open pit coal at the same level
• Able to established cost estimation and cash flow
• Able to define and implement with the Project Control / Planner Engineer on the basis of the project budget execution.
• Able to establish and implement the Progress & Performance Measurement and Reporting System (weekly and monthly report)
• Able to operate software Autocad/ Minescape/ Surpac
• Preferably held a "POP" competency certificate
• High integrity and willing to contribute to corporate further development.
• Based in East Kalimantan.

 

SHE SUPERINTENDENT (CODE: RBA-SHEDH)

Qualification:

• Male max. 45 years old
• Min. Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma of K3
• Min. 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Able to give training of Accident prevention, Fire prevention, HSE procedure, HIRA, Inspection, Emergency response, investigation accident, audit process.
• Preferably held a "POP"& "OSHAS" competency certificate.
• Good Leadership, Problem Solving and Proactive, High integrity and willing to contribute to corporate further development.
• Based in East Kalimantan.

 

SHE SUPERVISOR (CODE: RBA-SHESH)

Qualification:

• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma of K3
• Min. 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Good knowledge of Accident prevention, Fire prevention, HSE procedure, HIRA, Inspection, Emergency response, investigation accident, audit process.
• Preferably held a "POP"& "OSHAS" competency certificate.
• High integrity and willing to contribute to corporate further development.
• Based in East Kalimantan.

 

LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR (CODE: RBA-LOGSH)

Qualification:

• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor / Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Familiar with supply chain & procurement process, good team work, achieving result, initiative, communication and commitment to organizational ethic
• High integrity and willing to contribute to corporate further development.
• Based in East Kalimantan.

 

TRAINER MECHANICAL (CODE: RBA-TRAINMECH)

Qualification:

• Male max. 35 years old.
• 3 years experiences at the same level in mining companies
• Having knowledge of Komatsu, Scania, Merci and Volvo Heavy Equipment
• Having Training of Trainer (TOT) Certificate is a must
• Ability to teach (in-class & field practical)
• High integrity and willing to contribute to corporate further development.
• Based in East Kalimantan.

 

GENERAL AFFAIR SUPERVISOR (CODE: RBA-GASH)

Qualification:

• Male max. 35 years old.
• Min. Bachelor degree, 3 years experiences at the same level in mining companies.
• Capable to implement GA strategies to optimize the utilization of GA in the Company.
• Good Interpersonal relationship, good teamwork and able to work under pressure.
• High integrity and willing to contribute to corporate further development.
• Based in East Kalimantan

 

HR PAYROLL & TAX FOREMAN (Code: RBA-HRTAX)

Qualification:

• Female/Male, with max age 30 years old
• Graduated min S-1 Degree Accounting/Finance/Management from reputable university
• Minimum of 2 years of related working experience in payroll, tax, labour law and HR administration
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefit scheme
• Being careful, detail-oriented, well-organized, and keen on working with numbers.
• Minimum Passive English is a must ( read & write )
• Having good communication, Proactive, outgoing and open personalities
• Familiar with HRIS & Microsoft Office software: word, excel
• Hold Brevet AB Certification is preferred
• Willing to work long hour and underpressure
• High integrity and willing to contribute to corporate further development.
• Based in Jakarta (Head Office)

 

IT HRIS SPECIALIST (CODE: RBA-ITHRIS)

Qualification:

• Male / Female, max 35 years old
• 3 years experiences at HRIS
• Strong Functional knowledge in the same position
• Having knowledge of Business Process
• Understands and is able to articulate best practices related to application enhancements, customizations, integration with other applications / module
• Able to operate Java is a must (Intermediate Level)
• High integrity and willing to contribute to corporate further development.
• Based in Jakarta (Head Office)

 

CIVIL ENGINEER (CODE: RBA-CIVIL)

Qualification:

• Male, Max 30 Years Old
• Bachelor Degree in majoring Civil Engineering
• At least years experience in the field of surveying, engineering design, inspection and drafting, include minimum 2 years in supervisory responsibilities.
• Responsible for project civil engineering scope of work (includes designs, review drawings, specifications, bidding documents, contracts, and cost estimates for road projects; conducts and coordinates design and construction surveying) in line with earthmoving based construction for highway.
• Preferable having experiences from construction or mining company
• Familiar with CAD programs and other software for civil engineering.
• High integrity and willing to contribute to corporate further development.
• Have a good personality, communication and able to do a team work
• Based in East Kalimantan
