PT Semen Jawa

Siam Cement Group (SCG) was founded under the Royal Decree of King Rama VI in 1913, as a means to produce cement product in Thailand and eliminate reliance on imports, and to be a mechanism developing basic infrastructure in the country.

PT. Semen Jawa is one of unit business SCG in Indonesia. The First Cement Plant in Sukabumi. The objective of PT Semen JAWA Investment is to construct cement plant in Central Jampang, Nyalindung District in Sukabumi Regency. The plant is approximately 130 km. far from south of Jakarta and 95 km. far from west Bundung. The construction will be started in Q2 of 2013 and expected to fully operate in June 2015.

Total annual cement production capacity is 3.4 million tonnes in which the project is executed under two phases by one year lapse time for each production line. 

Technician

Responsibilities:

• Production or Maintenance Technician
• Responsible in cement production (mechanical, civil, chemical)
• Responsible in maintenance (civil, mechanical, electrical)
• Responsible in quality control (Chemical)
• Analize and maintenance Cement Process

Qualifications:

• D3 Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Civil
• Experience or Fresh Graduate
• GPA > 2.75
• Age: 20-40 years old
• Male

Mine Plant Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in mine planning design, mine machine design, mine operation and reclamation, and rock blasting
• Control the mine machine and heavy machine equiptment, explosive range
• To be commited in occupational health and safety

Qualifications:

• S1 Mining
• GPA > 3
• Age 25-35 years old
• Male
• Prefer experience in cement or mining industry

Crane Operator

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in operation and maintenance crane
• To be commited in occupational health and safety

Qualifications:

• Education min SMK/SMA
• Experience minimum 5 years as crane operator
• Age 25-40 Years old
• Male
• Have SIO, Crane Licence

Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in surveyor and survey tools
• Mapping site plant project

Qulifications:

• Education level SMK or D3
• Experience min 2 years as surveyor
• Male
• Age 20-40 years old
