Out of Pit Crushing and Conveying System Senior Manager

The main role is to coordinate all operation and maintenance activities that relates with our out pit crusher and conveying system. The incumbent will be working closely with our mining operations team and also power station and also to minimise down time associated with planned conveyor extensions and moves.

Main Responsibilities :

• Develop work plans, schedules and targets towards overall operation in particular all planned conveyor extensions and moves to ensure the system operates as a productive business units
• Assist with development of Standard Operating Procedure, Working Instruction , Job Safety Analysis and review the implementation of operational activities in order to achieve efficient production, effective, and safe.
• Ensure all KPI for the operations are met and also comply with mining regulations and environment aspects

Requirements :

• Having at least 10 years of experience in mining industry and/or working with conveyer belt and have extensive experience within the management level.
• Planning and scheduling experience in a similar environment
• Management experience in a materials handling
• Fluency in English
• Willing to be located at our site at Kalimantan Selatan
