Currently our client Multinational Oilfield Service Company in Jakarta urgently required:

Health Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plans and manages HSE and environmental programs
• Supervises and coordinates the work of Health Safety & Environment (HSE) Specialists to ensure compliance with government laws and regulations and companys policies
• Analyzes and interprets scientific and technical journals, financial reports and regulatory documents
• Makes budgetary recommendations in order to comply with government mandated Health Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations
• Develops procedures based on regulatory and/or client requirements
• Effectively presents information and responds to questions or concerns from employees, managers, clients, regulatory agencies and the general public
• Handles special projects, as assigned
• Manages transportation safety aspects

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required
• 7+ years experience in Health Safety & Environment (HSE) in oilfield service or oil operator company (drilling, seismic, wireline, pressure pumping)
• 3+ years working experience in Management as Health Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager/Professional/Advisory
• Health Safety & Environment (HSE) Certification preferred
• Thorough understanding of regulations and the regulatory process
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Effective leadership skills
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management
