HR Operation Payroll Group Leader

Responsibility :

• Ensure the accuracy of payroll preparation and processing, payroll accounting, tax filing and remitance

Requirement :

• Maximum age 30 years old
• Graduated min S-1 Degree Accounting/Finance/Management from reputable university
• Minimum of 2 years of related working experience in payroll, tax, labour law and HR administration
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefit scheme
• Being careful, detail-oriented, well-organized, and keen on working with numbers.
• Minimum Passive English is a must ( read & write )
• Having good communication, Proactive, outgoing and open personalities
• Familiar with HRIS & Microsoft Office software: word, excel
• Hold Brevet AB Certification is preferred
• Willing to work long hour and underpressure
• Willing to be placed at Jakarta
