Data Analyst Expeditor

To review the procurement service performance (KPI), searching information for market price trend analysis, expedite the outstanding order,  generate cashflow report , review vendor registration form and maintain the vendor database

Responsibilities:

• To collect vendor registration form, review and maintain the vendor database system.
• To expedite the order process from requisition, order, receiving and payment processed.
• To review procurement status report/tracking system, prepare KPI report, pricing analyst report, cash flow report
• To assist The Senior BA conducting quality audit in procurement process and receiving process.
• To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation.
• To review the availability and reliability of warehouse documentation in order to ensure the accurate development and presentation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
• To perform knowledge sharing in order to enhance the professional development within the organization

Requirements:

• S1-Engineering (civil/Mech/Electrical/Industrial)
• Deep knowledge upon procurement procedure & good practises
• Working in detail with high accuracy
• 2 - 4 years experiences
• Have extensive experiences in project work,  procurement management with a capability in monitoring direct cost
• Experience working at industrial/civil contractor is preferred. 

 

Electrical Procurement Engineer

To manage the entire security operations and security personnel with responsibility for full-time protection and security for the specific operational area with the prime objective of protecting the people, assets, personnel, information, company image and reputation against any form of threat security risk and hazard

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate the data completion and data integrity of supplier and Electrical in order to obtain Electrical  quality products at best commercial terms negotiable in the market.
• To review and monitor all purchase orders in order to fulfill the demand of Electrical goods which services are required to perform company's core activities effectively.
• To coordinate and align the change on requirement with the procurement process in order to ensure effective consolidation and centralization.
• To coordinate the update of purchase order tracking system on a regular basis in order to ensure accurate tracking in terms of goods delivery, invoices received and payment made.
• To coordinate and develop the assigned subordinates in order to optimize workable time.
• To coordinate continuous improvement and optimization activities in order to ensure optimum efficiencies in on going basis.
• To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation.
• To support pre contract team iin providing RFQ Electrical package prepare bid evaluation and negotiation for the best price

Requirements:

• S1-Electrical Engineering Background
• Deep knowledge upon procurement procedure & safety legal Requirements
• Working in detail with high accuracy
• 4 - 7 years experiences
• Have extensive experiences in project work,  procurement management with a capability in monitoring direct cost
• Experience working at industrial/civil contractor is preferred

 

Business Analyst

To monitor the procurement service performance, conduct market price trend analysis, expedite the order and maintain good relationship with the supplier (P2P-Procure to Pay). Manage vendor database and pricing strategic to support the project

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate the data completion and data integrity of supplier and pricing database in order to obtain quality products at best commercial terms negotiable in the market.
• To review and monitor all purchase orders in order to fulfill the demand of goods which are required to perform company's core activities effectively.
• To coordinate and align the change on requirement with the procurement process in order to ensure effective consolidation and centralization.
• To coordinate the update of purchase order tracking system on a regular basis in order to ensure accurate tracking in terms of goods delivery, invoices received and payment made.
• To coordinate and develop the assigned subordinates in order to optimize workable time.

To arrange the acquisition of goods/materials at which he has been assigned according to agreed plan, with the prime objective of securing shortage, optimize the efficient supplier selection at the best commercial terms, and in compliance the prevailing procedures

Responsibilities:

• To maintain the data completion and data integrity of supplier and pricing database in order to obtain quality products at best commercial terms negotiable in the market.
• To produce and administer all purchase orders in order to fulfill the demand of goods which are required to perform company's core activities effectively.
• To update the purchase order tracking system on a regular basis in order to ensure accurate tracking in terms of goods delivery, invoices received and payment made.
• To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of senior/technical high school or trade qualification is preferred.
• Deep knowledge upon procurement procedure & safety legal requirments
• 1 - 2 years experiences
• Have experience in updating database, inventory control, warehouse aand procurement
• Experience working at industrial/civil contractor is preferred..

 

Mechanical Procurement Engineer

• To coordinate and align the change on requirement with the procurement process in order to ensure effective consolidation and centralization.
• To coordinate the update of purchase order tracking system on a regular basis in order to ensure accurate tracking in terms of goods delivery, invoices received and payment made.
• To coordinate and develop the assigned subordinates in order to optimize workable time.
• To coordinate continuous improvement and optimization activities in order to ensure optimum efficiencies in on going basis.
