Good Corporate Governance Officer

Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of Good Corporate Governance as public listed company
• Analyze and plan the improvement of Good Corporate Governance implementation
• Implementing the company's value and culture
• Execute the program(s) that improve the employee's awareness related to importance Good Corporate Governance in each business process
• Support in Corporate Manuals and Report
