Accounting Supervisor (HO Jakarta)

Responsibility

• Having experience as accounting supervisor with mining companies is preferred.
• Report to the Manager of Finance & Accounting on the need of work improvement.
• Check/Analyze bank recommendations.
• Check/Research on the making of ledgers
• Check/Analyze company financial reports.
• Conduct financial audits of company.
• Understand taxes
• Master cost accounting.
• Understand the daily tasks and responsibility of an accounting supervisor.
• Highly motivated.
• Able to work individually and as a team.

Skill Required

• University graduate/post-graduate (S1/S2) in accounting
• Mastering accounting program
• Having a minimal experience of five years as Finance & Accounting Supervisor
• Competent in applied computer
• Maximum age 30 years old.
• Previous experience in coal mining company and oracle system experience is added value.

Organization Development Manager (HO Jkt)

Qualifications

• Minimal 20 Years, in area Organization and Development
• Knowledge on Organization Development
• Highly experienced in people development
• Familiar with performance and change management
• Safety Concerns
• Good analytical skill, interpersonal relationships and result oriented

Organization Training and Development Superintendent (HO Jkt)

Qualifications

• Minimal 15 Years of experience in Training and Development
• Designing Training and Development
• Conduct Training need Analysis
• Developing Manpower Planning
• Have program and able to develop trade training to all positions in HO and Site.

HR Information System level staff (HRIS)

Qualifications

• Admin for HR Information System
• Update data (change Personal data of employee)
• Admin for Employment Letter (SK) - approval and distribution.
• Filing data Personal File Employee
• Maintain Calculation of Overtime
• Recruitments (Research)
• Maintain Leave
• Maintain Payment Business Trip expense, Entertainment, Personal Claim, etc.
• Verification Payment Process to Third Party
• Verification Payment Medical Claim
• Processing Payroll
• Improvement system Logbook and Catalog with Ms. Access
• Support to HR Manager
• Maintain database employee

HR Manager (for Site)

Qualifications

• University graduates (S1) of all subjects, but preferable Law/Phsychology.
• Having working experience of at least 5-10 years in mining frms.
• Preferred are those having expericnce as HRD Site Manager in mining firms.
• Having managerial skill
• Having good capability in communication and interpersonal relationship.
• Ready to work on site

Supply Chain Superintendant (for Site)

Qualifications

• Minimum education of economics graduate (S1 Economics) or any major from reputable university with min GPA 3.0
• Having at least 10 years experience
• Outstanding integrity and honesty, a tough negotiator with excellent communication and negotiation skill, and a team work player, able to work under minimum supervision, creative, proactive, able to work in high level accuracy and be able to meet the deadline.
• Familiar with any ERP integrated advance operating system (Mincom Ellipse, SAP, etc) would be advantage.
• Good communication in both written and spoken English
• Excellent in handling all purchasing, warehouse and inventory flow process.
