AEL Mining Services is a leading developer, producer and supplier of commercial explosives, initiating systems and blasting services for mining, quarrying and construction markets in Africa and Indonesia.

AEL is currently undergoing an exciting phase of growth. To support this continued growth, we are currently looking to recruit following positions:

GRADUATE ENGINEER (CODE: ENG - FG)

to be based at site

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate from Mining Engineering
• Hold blaster competency (KJL II)
• Hold driver license
• Computer literacy
• Able to speak and write in English

LAB TECHNICIAN (CODE: BT - LTE)

To be based at site

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides a problem-solving and technical support service to all operations within the Indonesian Business.
• Involved in new product development in the "Centre of Excellence" and trials at all PT AEL Indonesia sites.
• Quality analysis of products produced in AEL plants and MMU.
• Interprets manufacturing and technical requirements to enable the compilation of Raw Material and Product specifications.
• Assists with the analysis and reporting of non-routine or unusual customer complaints.

The Requirements:

• Education Higher National Diploma or Scientific Degree.
• Have a minimum 2 years' experience.
• A strong analytical background.
• Experience in Explosive Industry an advantage but not requirement.
• Computer literate.
• English spoken & written is preferable.

SHE SUPERINTENDENT (CODE: SHE-SPI)

to be based at Balikpapan

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health, and Safety (K3) or Engineering background or D3 Occupational Health, and Safety (K3), with minimum 6 years' experience
• General Driving License (SIM A).
• Able to proficiently speak and write in English
• Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate to management level.
• Technical knowledge.
• Computer literacy.
• Hold valid POP to obtain POM certification.
• Hold Occupational Health and Safety professional certificate (AK3 Umum)
• Has SHE Audit experience
• Hold TOT certification.
