PERSONAL ASSISTANT

( Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan )

Requirements:

• FEMALE, SINGLE and max 28 years old
• At least a diploma majoring in Secretarial, or any major from reputable university
• 2 years of working experience in the same position
• Able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage
• Having good time management and organizational skills
• Able to speak English and good command in Ms. Office
• Ability to relate well to stakeholders and public in person and on telephone
• Well-organized, capable and practiced in handling complex and multi-faceted tasks
• Strong and well-developed communications and inter-personal skills
• Detail oriented person
• Willing to do business travel
