Recruitment Specialist (short term project)

Responsibilities

• To provide Recruitment for staff and non staff employee
• Actively  contribute to  positive teamwork
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times

Requirements:

• Maximum 35 years old
• S-1 Psychology
• Have Experience minimum 5 years in same position in well known mining company in Indonesia
• Good knowledge and skill in devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric test and various activities (preferred in Mining Company)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with MS Office, able speak in English both oral & written
• Able work under pressure
• Willing to traveling to All Job Site
