PT. Pesona Khatulistiwa Nusantara is one of Indonesia's newest growing coal mining enterprises under PKP2B 3rd Generation with area mining concession in Bulungan Regency - North Kalimantan is targeted to be a world class coal mining enterprise that extracts and adds value to the coal for the benefit of mankind.

To support our rapid establishment and expansion of the business entities and projects, we are seeking qualified professionals with integrity, trust, enthusiasm, respect, innovative thinking and solid teamwork to join with our team in Bulungan Site - North Kalimantan.

SAFETY SUPERVISOR (SFO)

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in occupational health safety
• Minimum 2 years experience in related field, preferably from mining industry
• Good knowledge about HSE / K3 in mining company
• Good report writing skill
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill

PROJECT SUPERVISOR (PRJ)

Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree majoring in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Having minimum 2 years working experience, preferably supervisor specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Proven skill on CAD software
• Having a level of accuracy, good calculation accuracy and have strong negotiation skill.
• Understand technical calculation buildings.
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill

PORT CAPTAIN (PCT)

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Technical / Marine Engineering and holding ANT III (minimum)
• Having 2 years experience in mining operation, handling coal barges. Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Good knowledge of bulk unloading and loading activities.
• Good knowledge of marine and sea transportation rules and regulations.
• Good knowledge of Marine Contract Administration and Insurance Claim.
• Computer literate (mining software, MS Word, MS Excel)
• Able to work collaboratively with others and use initiative in various situations
• Excellent communication skill in English (oral and written)

COAL TECHNOLOGY ENGINEER

Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Mining Engineering (Metallurgical)
• Having minimum 1-2 years working experience in coal quality environment
• Recognize and understand coal quality and standart to analyze coal
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, service and result oriented, able to work under pressure.
• Highly motivated, able to work as a part of a team and individually.
• Fast learner and possess positive working attitude

LONGTERM PLAN ENGINEER (LT)

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Mining/Geology/Civil Engineering
• Having minimum 3-4 years experience in most aspects of open cut coal mining and processing
• Able to operate mining software (minescape : strat model, open cut)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, service and result oriented, able to work under pressure
• Highly motivated, able to work as a part of a team and individually
