Archean’s coal mining operation in Indonesia with the establishment of PT. Core Mineral Indonesia (Flagship company) have estimated total reserves of 200 million tons. The current total production from the four operating mines spread across Sumatra and Kalimantan registers over 300,000 MT per month. In Indonesia, along with coal business, the Company offer also offer Oil/Drilling Services to PSCs, and operate Modern and High Tech Vessel Crane in East Kalimantan. Procurement Executive

East Kalimantan

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Commerce, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s):
  • knowledge of various mines and calories in east kalimantan,
  • knowledge of various jetties,
  • knowledge of local issues,
  • good pr skills and relationship with miners,
  • self initiator and ready to stay in samarinda/balikpapan,
  • Ready to travel.
• Required language(s):
  • English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Profile

• Keep visiting various big and small mines and take samples
• Maintain data base of all mines with grades and production
• Look for opportunity in buying coal and offtake
• Have good relationship with all suppliers
• Visit all jetties and build database
• Work on various possibilities of creating logistic solution from various mines
• Negotiate for lowest price possible to meet management requirement
• Accompany buyers/buyer representatives to mines and jetties
• Maintain Good relationship with all surveyors and barge owners
• Monitor loading of various cargoes at jetty
• Monitor the quality and burning of cargoes
• Make daily deport on loading and circulate to management

Trading Administration Executive

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Geology/Geophysics, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): 
  • good in english and bahasha indonesia and any other languages will be preferre,
  • good pr skills with charming personality,
  • prefer if knowledge or experience in coal and marine industry,
  • self initiator, -good in excel and computer skills,
  • Good in Generating Reports and making presentations.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• 2 Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Profile

• Trading
  • Work closely and follow up with current and potential Buyers and Suppliers
  • Develop new buyers and supplier base
  • Maintain all supplier coal offers and buyer coal enquiries
  • Maintain Details and documents of all the Suppliers as per legal framework
  • KYC for all Suppliers and Buyers
  • Keep a track of all shipments on barges/MV and generate daily report
  • Generate Weekly / monthly report and circulate to management
  • Help legal in filing 3 monthly report to ESDM on trading
  • Keep track of all new / amendments in regulations for trading
• Documentation
  • Check all the contracts and maintain file
  • Make invoices and follow up regularly with buyers
  • Follow up on all export documentation with supplier as per Buyer requirement
  • Follow up on all originals for every shipment
  • SAP Entry of all trade shipments
  • Follow up with Finance team to meet there document requirements and payments
• Barging
  • Follow with all Barge owners for Nominations
  • Circulate SI to barge team and operation team
  • Follow on RKBM
  • Follow on ETA of all barges for loading
  • Make daily report on barge loading status of various shipment
  • Follow up on all documents after barge loading finishes
  • Provide barge docs to operation team
  • Generate Demurrage detention sheet on weekly/monthly basis
