Project Manager (Site Project)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of Site Operation, including mine planning, production, budgeting, and cost control to achieve project target

Requirements

• Male
• Maximum age 45 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer
• Having experienced as Project Manager in coal & mining exploration at least 7 years
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practice
• Strong leadership and team building skills.
• Flexible and able to multi-task, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities
• Preferable held POM/POU Certification
• Strong commitment to safety

Rekrutmen Specialist

Responsibilities

• Melakukan proses seleksi dan rekrutmen
• Menjalankan MPP Tahunan dan MPP berjangka
• Membantu proses evaluasi dan penempatan karyawan

Requirements

• Pria, Usia 27 - 30 Tahun
• Pendidikan Min. S2 Psikologi
• Pengalaman Min. 1 Tahun dengan posisi yang sama di perusahaan pertambangan
• Mengerti tentang proses rekrutmen
• Mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa inggris (minimal pasif)
• Komunikatif, memiliki inisiatif, kreatif, responsibility
• Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas
• penempatan Jakarta

Administration Staff

Responsibilities

• Filling dokumen
• Menginput data
• Maintain keluar masuk dokumen

Requirements

• Pendidikan Minimal SMA / sederajat
• Usia Maksimal 25 Tahun
• Pengalaman Minimal 1 Tahun
• Memiliki attitude yang baik dan mampu bekerja sama
• Penempatan Jakarta
