Head of HR, GA & Training

Responsibilities

• Required skills: negotiation skill, communication, Analytical thinking, Problem Solver, Employee Relation
• Managing and coordinating all aspects of Human Resources (Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefit, Organizational Development, Culture Implementation and Industrial Relations), General Affairs Function and Training
• Create and implement an effective HR, GA & Training program
• Develop and maintain the career planning and succession plan base on competency system, system for learning & training
• Have good knowledge about employment  regulation Indonesia
• Able to manage team
• Fluent English, both oral and written

Requirements

• At least  5 ( five ) year(s) experience in the same position and have experience in mining industries
• Bachelor degree (S1) Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business Administration
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result
• Willing to travel
• Good Attitude, Analytical and communication skill

HR – Industrial Relation Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Managing Industrial relation issues and investigations included labor union issues, other work related issues and case documentation.
• Identifying and addressing employee relations issues to create and maintain a positive work environment.
• Responsible for all work permit – related issues and legal drafting
• You will be managing and coordinating all aspects of General Affairs function.
• Able to manage team
• Fluent English, both oral and written

Requirements

• At least  5 ( five ) year(s) experience in the same position and have experience in mining industries
• Bachelor degree (S1) Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Engineering industry
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, including listening, client engagement and conflict resolution
• Sound critical thinking, problem solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to apply those skills to a wide range of HR issues Good health and able to work under pressure with good result
• Ability to interface effectively with employee at all levels
• Willing to travel
• Good attitude, analytical and communication skill

Internal Audit Staff

Responsibilities

• Good understanding in Accounting, Financial Reporting. Knowledge in Internal Control System
• Develop and monitoring the SOP according to the agreed business process mapping
• Discuss and brainstorm with all relevant process owners to set up the best practice of business process that fit to the organization
• Socialized the validated SOP to all related parties
• Ensure all the audit recommendation are properly implemented by each unit on timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor/ master degree majoring in Accounting
• Familiar with Audit Process, SOP is preferred
• At least 2 years relevant work experience in an Internal Audit or Internal  control functions
• Good leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication
• Ability to work independently and in team, high accuracy, detail oriented, strong critical thinking and analytical thinking
• Able to work under pressure and in a tight deadline
• Computer literate and able to handle presentation
