Sales Administration

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing team related on trade finance
• Production report, coal inventory, coal inquiry
• Prepare coal contract that related with coal transshipment and coal quality, documents that needed for tender submission

Requirements :

• Having experience minimum of 1 years in coal mining industry would be preferred (fresh graduate are encourage to apply)
• Understand bidding documents for tender
• Female
• Age between 22 – 30 years old
• Education minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
• Communicative and able to work as a team
• Analytical thinking and understand main details that is required to solve duties and certain problems
• Able to prepare accurate report Good proficiency in English both oral & written
