A foreign company engaged in consultant management services specialized on Mining business Located in South Jakarta , is looking for qualified candidate to join our company as:

HR & GA Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of all HR & GA functions
• Having role as company’s strategic partner to build and improve general HR systems (recruitment, industrial relation and development), compensation & benefit, policies & procedures & personnel administrations)
• Manage and coordinate the process of expatriate working permits

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in  Law/ Management/ Psychology
• Have minimum 5 years working experience in a related field and min 3 years in managerial level
• Have good knowledge in HR Procedures, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation
• Familiar with expatriate license documents process
• Have working experience in a mining company is an advantage
• Able to work independently, under pressure and doing multiple tasks
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
