Receptionist (RE)

Job Description

• To provide a consistently excellent reception service for the Company including welcoming and directing visitors, and acting as a central information point.
• Handle all telephone enquiries at lobby area promptly, courteously and efficiently, and re-directed appropriately by establishing the nature of the call.
• Welcome all visitors to the Company, issue and collect visitor badges, and direct people as appropriate.
• Contribute to the administrative work: receiving bookings, issuing receipts, and others.
• Maintain the reception area to ensure an impressive and professional appearance.

Specific Qualifications:

• Female
• Maximum age 25 years old
• Min D3 Majoring in Public Relation or any disciplines  with GPA 3.00
• With minimum 2 years experience in related area 
• Excellent in English both written & spoken is a must 
• Able to operate high volume multi-line telephone and facsimile system.
• Excellent software skills (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
• Excellent communication on phone and in person in a courteous manner 
• Hard working and result oriented 
• Self-motivated, initiative, flexible, independent 
• Preferable for Candidates who living in Kuningan/Jl Prof Satrio /Casablanca/Karet  area
