Deputy Site Manager

Key responsibilities for this role include :

• Demonstrate commitment to our goal of Zero Harm to both personnel and equipment;
• Ensure mobile plant and maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with the required safety, environmental and quality standards designated by PT Mandiri Herindo Adiperkasa and the customer;
• Ensure that all activities achieve defined standards with respect to productivity, performance, fleet management and cost control;
• Ensure accurate, up to date production information is provided to the Site Manager and administrative staff to enable the optimum management of the business operations;
• Maintain and develop effective relationships with the customer.

The successful applicant will possess the following :

• A minimum of five years Senior Supervisory or Operations Management experience in resources or heavy industry.
• Extensive knowledge of industry & statutory requirements including code of practice.
• Excellent computer skills in word processing, databases, spread sheets and presentations.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety with strategic leadership skills to effectively engage and direct employees to ensure production targets are safely achieved.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relations
• Exposure to contracting environment.
• Current driver's license.

Foreman Produksi

Key responsibilities for this role include :

• Ensure that all activities in your assigned area are carried out safely and in accordance with the Company guidelines and keep your team focused on safety, results and the customer expectations;
• Coordinating and monitoring the execution of scheduled work plans and unplanned emergency and breakdown work, determining sequence and assignments based on work priority and availability of equipment and manpower;
• Providing timely data into various information systems (i.e. work order history, employee pay details, production reports, etc.);
• Review work performance and deal with collective agreement issues and action plans in your team.

The successful applicant will possess the following :

• A minimum of five years Operations Supervisory in resources, heavy or trucking industry.
• Extensive knowledge of industry & statutory requirements including code of practice.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety with strategic leadership skills to effectively engage and direct employees to ensure production targets are safely achieved.
• Current driver's license.
