A new and rapidly growing Coal Mining company has the opportunity for young professionals, who are highly motivated and willing to be placed on site in Kalimantan with the following positions :

 SITE MANAGER (TAMBANG)

Responsibilities

• Responsible and ensure all mining activities will be done on time in accordance with government regulations and applicable procedures.
• Control all operations of mining sites.
• Prepare and control all operational budgeting.
• Manage and control all civil works, constructions and land compensations.
• Focus on operational performance and development of a competent workforce.
• Maximize all the resources to maintain high standard of performance on site.
• Implement HSE procedures & maintain well documentation including Project Safety Plan.
• Be able to manage both natural and human resources to produce result effectively.
• Analyze costs of all production budgets.
• Provide all types of necessary reports to authorized bodies in mining industry.

Requirements

• Min S1 Engineering ( Mining/ Mineral ), Geographical Science, Geology/ Geophysics or equivalent.
• Having good knowledge and thorough understanding of mining operation ( facilities/ equipments/ manpowers ).
• Detail and result - oriented with high standard of performance, Outstanding time management and problem - solving skills.
• Willing to be placed throughout to the company sites.
• Good analytical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
• Candidate must possess at least a Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having Certificate POU.

GEODETIC ENGINEER / SURVEYOR TAMBANG

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all types of  activities in field survey, among others : the original topography measurement, measuring progress and limit land mine/ soil to obtain data that will be used to plan mining operation.
• Determine the direction and position of the mine.
• Make the area to be mined restriction to fit the plan
• Monitor the elevation ( elevation of excafation and ramp either way )
• Provide the calculation of overburden and coal that have been excavated using mining software.
• Create a map of all progress ( mine operation, situation maps, mine map layout, etc )
• Produce all reports on field surveys to be processed furthermore .

Requirements:

• Min S1 Geodetic Engineer
• Having good knowledge and Well understanding of mining operation ( facilities/ equipments/ manpower )
• Detail and result - oriented with high standard of performance, Outstanding time management and problem - solving skills
• Willing to be placed  throughout to the company sites.
• Good analytical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
• Candidate must possess at least a Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having Certificate POM.
• Familiar with mining software ( Minescape atau surpac )
