Project Specialist

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Mechanical systems design and calculation checking and validation
• Maintaining accurate records of project drawings, technical specifications, checking of design calculations and keeping track of design and specification changes
• Supervise installation and commissioning of electro-mechanical equipment
• Perform QA and QC function for electro-mechanical works in the company
• Create and validate project plans ( budget and schedule) based on required activities to implement electro-mechanical systems

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent. Job role in Industrial/Production Engineer or equivalent.
  • Software skills - autocad, Helix, primavera
  • Fundamentals of project management
  • Ability to perform role of Project Coordinator
  • Good observation, communication and reporting skills

Senior Project Engineer

• Project management & cost control of construction activity
• Coaching & building team of junior engineer

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent. Job role in Civil Engineer or Civil/Structural Drafter.

Analyst (for Project Based)

Responsibilities:

• Program / project dependency analysis and reporting
• Role-up and drill-down of project activities and checking validity of technical and non-technical schedules
• Highlighting and escalating budget and schedule issues to the decision makers
• Coordinating the collection of project status and issues and creating monthly PgSC presentation
• Project execution performance monitoring (checking if the project process is being followed, if all documents are being prepared, formal approvals are signed etc)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Management/Cost Accounting/Business Analyst or Financial Accounting & Reporting.
• Good analyticall skills and ability to see the linkages and dependencies between technical and non-technical activities, critical path etc.Good presentation, communication and coordination skills
• Fundamental understanding of project management principles
• Knowledge of Primavera software is a plus
