Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Male, Max 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Proficient in computer programs and English.
• Able to develop work programs, work systems and periodic reports with the good
• Able to operate A2B
• Certification First Operational Control (POP)

Production Foreman

• Have strong leadership skills

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Melak.

Maintenance Supervisor

Kalimantan

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review and participate in the work of staff responsible for maintenance of
• Establish schedules and methods for providing maintenance and repair services; identify resource needs; review needs with appropriate management staff; allocate resources accordingly.
• Participate in the development of policies and procedures; monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures; make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards and procedures.
• Recommend and assist in the implementation of goals and objectives; implement approved policies and procedures.
• Perform the more technical and complex tasks of the work unit including purchasing of all maintenance and repair equipment and supplies.
• Participate in the selection of plant maintenance staff; provide or coordinate staff training; work with employees to correct deficiencies; implement discipline procedures.
• Participate in the preparation and administration of the plant maintenance program budget; submit budget recommendations; monitor expenditures.
• Prepare analytical and statistical reports on operations and activities
• Attend and participate in professional group meetings; stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of wastewater treatment plant equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

• Male, Maks 40 year.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficient Using Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc).
• Understand maintenance of heavy equipment and DT (Dump Truck)
• Mature with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact well with all parties concerned.

• Good analytical, conseptual and leadership skills

Logistic Site

Kalimantan Timur - Melak - Kutai Barat

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to issue PO to, Head Office, suppliers and vendor.
• Follow through all purchase orders issued to Head Office, suppliers and vendor and communicate effectively with other business units to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Monitor Open Purchase Orders.
• Liaise with Head Office, suppliers and vendor on incoming quality / discrepancy issues.
• Advise Site needs at timely basis pertaining to the delivery schedule
• Communicate and work closely with business units in ensuring the overall company objectives/performance is achieved at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline with sound knowledge in all aspects of purchasing, logistic/shipments.
• At least 1 years of experience in order processing and purchasing.
• Male max 30 yeas old will be advantage.v Good communication, analytical, organizing skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Melak - Kutai Barat.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

Driver DT (Mercy) - Kalimantan Timur

Tanggung Jawab:

• Mengoperasikan dan merawat unit dump truck dengan baik
• Mengerjakan pengangkutan batu bara
• Mengoperasikan unit diberbagai medan yang menjadi project perusahaan.
• Melaksanaan P2H, Membuat laporan dan jadwal perbaikan kerusakan alat berat.

Persyaratan:

• Pria maks 40 tahun
• Pendidikan min. SMP/SMA/SMK/STM
• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang pengoperasian Dump Truck di Tambang (Dump truck tipe, MAN, Mercy Accros, Hino 260 TI).
• Memiliki SIM B2 yang masih berlaku
• Memahami dengan baik pelaksanaan P2H Membuat laporan dan jadwal perbaikan kerusakan alat berat
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan sebagai pemain tim
• Pekerja keras, bertanggung jawab, loyalitas, jujur , teliti, cepat, dan rajin
• Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi dan relationship yang baik
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Kalimantan.

PDCA Staff - HO

Bekasi

Responsibilities:

• Membuat analisa dalam bentuk laporan
• Mengontrol SI, AP dari masing-masing Departemen dan Site untuk di bahas dalam CEO
• Membantu pembuatan SOP

Requirements:

• Usia maksimal 35 tahun
• Pendidikan min. D3 / S1
• Dapat mengoperasikan Ms Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Word, Ms Outlook dengan baik
• Terbiasa menggunakan email dan internet
• Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik
• Lebih diutamakan yang berpengalaman dan familiar dengan PDCA dan SOP
• Pekerja keras, bertanggung jawab, loyalitas, jujur, tegas, teliti, cepat, senang dengan rutinitas, komunikatif, bisa bekerja secara team dan rajin
• Memahami Proses Bisnis, PDCA Management, paham tentang pembuatan SOP, dan paham arus dokumen

Tanggung Jawab :

• Mampu melakukan perbaikan dan perawatan mesin khususnya alat berat.
• Mendukung dan membantu Asisten Mekanik dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan memelihara dan memperbaiki alat berat dan unit pendukung lainnya.
• Mengatur dan menentukan kebutuhan sparepart unit alat berat yang dibutuhkan
• Membuat laporan dan jadwal perbaikan kerusakan alat berat.

• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang pemeliharaan alat berat (Dumptruck tipe Hino, Mercy, MAN, Excavator, Dozer, Loader/Wheel Loader, Grader,Vibro, Compactor) . *lebih disukai pengalaman tambang batu bara
