Legal Officer
Responsibilities
- Reporting to head of legal
- Drafting, reviewing and advising on operational, marketing and other commercial contracts
- Advising on relevant Indonesian laws and regulations, prepare and carry out internal legal training
- Legal due diligence
- Liaising with goverment authorities and agencies
- Ad hoc projects
Requirements
- S.H with minimum 3 to 5 years PQE, prferbly in a reputable law firm
- Exellent command of English and Bahasa indonesia with good drafting/writing skills
- Intermediate to advance MS.Office application skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skill is a must
- Outspoken, confident with a pasion to learn.
- Able to handle tight deadline
Junior Accounting
- Preparing voucher for all expenses and input all transcation
- Checking the report of expenses
- Prepare financial statement
Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Bachelor degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 2,8
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Good computer literate
- Hard working, self motivated and dynamic person
- Good oral and written skill in English
