Receptionist

Responsibilities

• You will responsible greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate area; to answering and transferring of calls timely, efficiently and record messages accurately; to enhance company's image through performance in a professional manner; to manage general administration tasks; to contribute in delivering safety message to visitors and other cuties as assigned by the JHO Manager.

Requirement:

• Minimum diploma degree with 2 years' experience as receptionist or customer services
• Good communication skill in English
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Mature, pleasant, confident personality with good interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic demonstrated by behavior, appearance, attitude and initiative
• Willing to work on Saturday (based on roster)

Business System Support

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to Senior System Support you will responsible to provide systems support to end users of the following systems:
  • Primary - Mining & Construction Systems (InfoMINE, Data Tambang, etc.) and Project Implementation
  • Secondary - JDE EAM, Service Provider 95% for 1 Days delay support.
• Establishing support includes set up on project, requirement gathering, business process mapping & design, problem investigation & analysis, functional specs, User training delivery, monitor the integrity of the system & maintenance, coaching & on-site support (if required) and liaise with System Support in Australia.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree qualification in Engineering with 2-4 years' experience in Business Systems and Technology Area (minimal 2080 Hours Business Systems Analyst Professional Experiences);
• Capability in managing and supporting at least 1 area of technologies, innovations and systems (under Business System); conducting and managing training
• Certification of Business Analyst Professional (CCBA©) IIBA
• Knowledge to design User Interface Models of Systems
• Knowledge of RDBMS (Relational Database Management System) and Technical Specification
• Capability in managing user requirement, business process and documentation; managing project / system implementation (Assistance Project Manager); managing PMO Documentation for Any Technologies and Innovation
• Knowledge in Internal Systems and Commercial Audit (as Observer)
• Strong knowledge of TCI Business (Mining or Construction); ERP Application (JD Edward) - (SCM/EAM/FinMan)
• Strong Technical Computer Skill and understanding of Risk Assessments
• Strong English Skill both Business Writing or Conversation
