COMMERCIAL & RISK MANAGER
(Placement: Jakarta)
Direct, coordinate and control the implementation of all commercial responsibilities (company and government regulations, legal compliance and contract document adherence to the values and policies of company) in regard to formal relationships between company stakeholders, divisions, end users and clients to ensure that all exposure to commercial risk are minimised.
Requirements:
- Should have the ability and flexibility to respond to short term requirements which will involve travel and extended work hours
- Broad knowledge on Industry or associated industry knowledge, commercial law, contracts, procurement, logistics, general management, industry standards & regulations, business management
- Min. 10 years of exposure to attributes
- Good analytical and attention to details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and analyse contract strategies in conjunction with external commercial and legal expertise to ensure all contracts are manage on a controlled basis.
- Review and analyse all new contract wins, including the tendering to ensure maximum profits/margins can be established.
- Develop and maintain a standard set contract documents in conjunction with Contract Engineers in order to meet all corporate and divisional contracting guidelines.
- Monitor and advice in the tender review process of all tenders and proposals undertaken by the division to ensure that the process is comply with company's procedures.
- Monitor and liaise with the Audit Manager to ensure commercial functional audits are performed within projects and any NCR's are addressed and closed out.
- Monitor and review the process of risk management and insurance requirements within the division including preparation of risk profiles to ensure compliancy with commercial guidelines.
- Lead, coach and manage subordinate including recruitment and provide a proper development plan for them in order to maintain subordinate in attract, motive and retain.
CONTRACT ENGINEER
(Assignment: Jakarta & Kalimantan Timur)
Prepare, review and monitor the implementation of contract's scope of work and technical specifications, preparing tender documents with suitable conditions in order to ensure that company policies and procedures are followed in term of minimize any exposure to risk for company.
Requirements:
- Requires travel to Project Locations as required
- Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Min. 3 years experiences dealing with contract
- Analytical thingking
- Fluent in English and Bahasa written and verbal
- Attention to details.
- Knowing the best practice of the contract principles
Responsibilities:
- Support and assist Commercial Manager in reviewing all contracts / agreements giving input regarding the contract composition and any qualifications required in order to align terms and conditions to company's Contracting.
- Assist Commercial Manager in developing appropriate contractual strategies in order to maximize contract position.
- Resolve contractual issues with the Client / Vendors, including drafting formal letters and attending negotiations of a contractual nature in order to provide logistical support to Project Managers.
- Prepare and administer documentation of variations and claims to their scope of work and, including a running log of all contractual correspondence to settlement in order to provide contract administration support.
- Analyze and negotiate contract in order to get through to contract settlement.
- Monitor contract implementation to ensure that both, client and company follow the contractual requirements of the contract to ensure that company is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penalties.
DATA ANALYST
(Placement: Kalimantan Timur)
Assist Condition Monitoring Analyst in their daily activities, handle SOS administration things, doing regular data download and managing data, monitoring and following up all CM Work Orders in EAM.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma Degree (D1-D2-D3 in Mechanical/Automotive/Electric/Civil/Industrial)
- Has one year of general experience in Cond Monitoring & Machine Application tools (SOS, VIMS, ET, VHMS, INSITE, etc) is preferable
- Has general knowledge in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management and Concepts
- Good experience in computer literatures
- Fair in English both written & spoken
- Preferable to have light vehicle driving license (SIM A)
- Able to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Promote HSE programmes targeting zero work related injuries and illness
- Handle SOS administration things
- Doing regular data download, managing data, analysing data and following up issue
- Monitoring and following up all CM Work Orders in EAM
- Doing or assist vendor on doing CTS Inspection
- Monitoring proposed trial on unit
DATABASE & REPORTING OFFICER
(Placement: Jakarta)
To play role in setting and improvements database and reporting of Directorate of Oil and Gas Services (OGS). This role includes the development / design, monitoring and improvement of database. They may also plan, co-ordinate and implement security measures to safeguard the database.
Additionally, using available and relevant database, to provide reporting assistance in any needed reports within Directorate of OGS.
Requirements:
- Min bachelor degree in Engineering, Finance any discipline with relevant working experience of 3 year.
- Familiar with MS Windows operation (Excel, Word, Power Point, Database and Outlook)
- Having work experience in an offshore supply base is a plus.
- Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written)
- A strong and dedicated team player
- Good analytical skill
- Willing to travel to other work location or project sites (when required)
- Able to meet deadlines and other specific reporting request.
Responsibilities:
- Allocating system storage and planning future storage requirements for OGS database.
- Generating various reports by querying from database as per need.
- Modifying the database structure, as necessary, from information received from database users / accesses.
- Maintaining archived data and their security.
- Controlling and monitoring user access to database.
- Monitoring and optimizing Database performance.
- Monitor database's statistics of Directorate O&G Services. .
- Working closely with IT project managers and ICT Site Supports (should there be any database issues). Additionally, communicating regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity.
- Provide, present and report periodic management reports
ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR
(Placement: Jakarta)
To prepare detailed cost estimates the Company can have confidence in, all in accordance with Company procedures and accepted good practice for the industry. Actively assist the Estimating Team to continually enhance estimating procedures and processes. Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
Requirements:
- May require local & overseas travel for site visits as well as occasional short term assignments to work in other Petrosea / Indika offices, partner offices etc.
- Overtime working will be required from time to time
- May require acting as a Lead Estimator and/or Tender Manager
- Min. 5 years working experiences, with minimum 2 years as an estimator. Preferably has experience in Material Handling Works and Electrical
- Min. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
- May require to be rotated as a Project Engineer on site once Petrosea can secure the project.
- Strong background in technical aspect of project site supervision, technical standard, method of work, calculation, and preferably also in design work
- Computer Literate (Ms. Office), MS Project, preferably also AutoCAD, Primavera, Tecla, Helix
Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates is PETS format in accordance with Petrosea's procedures.
- Prepare and maintain electronic and hardcopy tender files in accordance with Company procedures.
- Prepare or arrange for detailed MTOs (quantity take-off) from tender documentation.
- Attend site visit and prepare detailed report of existing local conditions, available facilities and technical capabilities.
- Ensure the Estimate is built up methodically and in sufficient detail and is in accordance with good estimating practice. Sufficient explanatory notes are to be included referring the location of supplementary information.
- Ensure that a comprehensive Subcontract Enquiry Package is sent only to Company Approved Subcontractors for any "major subcontract" work. Terms and conditions of the Subcontract Package must be back to back with the head contract. Comprehensive Subcontract Enquiry Packages to be reviewed by all Division functional departments.
- Ensure Subcontractor responses are properly evaluated and the results tabulated on a Subcontractor Bid Evaluation spreadsheet.
- Ensure (by working closely with the Lead Estimator) that the Indirect Cost Estimate is properly prepared and cost.
- Identifies (with the Bid Manager and Lead Estimator) the "big ticket" items in the Estimate and proactively works on these with the bid team with a value added outcome as the aim.
- Assist designated Planner in the preparation of the construction schedule, providing man hours and plant requirement for each activity and also indicating anticipated durations and minimum manning.
- Participate with the Lead Estimator and other Discipline Estimators in benchmarking productivities to be applied to the Estimate against recognized industry norms. The productivity uplift/discount shall be shown separately for each bill item in the estimate.
- Assist the Lead Estimator and Bid Manager in the identification, evaluation and ranking of risks as well as developing a strategy to manage and mitigate the risks to Company. R&O Matrix is to serve as the basis for estimating an appropriate contingency allowance for inclusion in the Cost Estimate.
- Ensure the Estimate Basis is "Current Cost" by utilizing the labour and staff rates prepared by the Estimating Manager and all material prices are from current quotations.
- Present for review by the Lead Estimator the Cost Estimate in detail prior to review of the tender by management.
- Assist Bid Manager with the preparation of a list of commercial and technical clarifications and qualifications to the proposal.
- Assist Bid Manager in completing Client's pricing and technical tender schedules.
- When requested, carry out peer review of estimated compiled by other estimators and or divisions, checking for completeness, pricing accuracy and adequate manning and plant requirements.
- Responsible for continually maintaining and updating the database of estimating norms including feedback from past projects in Division Estimating and Norms Manual From time to time work as a Bid Manager
MARKET ANALYST
(Assignment: Jakarta)
Plan, design, and execute market research studies, provide analysis of current market (clients, competitors, industry) conditions, forecasts and recommendations in determining potential market opportunities and competitors' capability to strengthen company business development strategies.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Management, Mathematic, Engineering or Mining
- Min. 5 years working experience and/or 3 years experiences in Business Development
- Excellent business analysis skills and project management capabilities
- Preferably having foreign work and study experience
- Ability to develop clear concise accurate report summaries
- Ability to analyse and forecast market trends
- Excellent English skills - spoken, written and presentation

Develop and coordinate the planning and definition of marketing strategy in aiming to create the presence of the Company's branding, image and profile to the industries and stakeholders that are in line with and contribute to the organization's short and long-term strategic business goals.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Min. 5 years of experiences in Marketing/Communication functions

- Good communication skills (written and verbal) both in English and Indonesian

Responsibilities:
- Recommend and liaise with SBD Management team to develop a marketing strategy consistent with the organization's overall mission, vision and objectives.
- Coordinates the planning and definition of advertising objectives, recommend choice of media and allocate resources so advertising campaigns are effective, economical and appropriate for intended audience.
- Liaise and collaborate with Indika Group as required to decide on which venues/exhibitions to participate in and oversee the management of Petrosea's participation/exhibits at industry based exhibitions with the aims of:

- Recommend the selection and engagement of a Media partner for the advertisement and publications in aim of ensuring Petrosea is positioned appropriately in the market and build brand awareness with clients.
- Oversee the organisation of key client functions and develop the Customer Account Management (CAM) strategy through development of key relationship within clients/partners' organization.

OPERATION SUPERINTENDENT
(Placement: Kalimantan Timur)
To enhance the reputation of Petrosea as being a quality operator of Supply Bases with an exemplary safety record.
Requirements:
- To effectively supervise all supply base resources in the field to ensure that the supply base is managed in a safe, efficient and profitable manner and all client contractual requirements are met.
- To provide HSE Leadership to all people who work or operate from the Supply Base.
Responsibilities:
- To manage and provide leadership to Supply Base Supervisors controlling on a day to day basis all labor, direct or subcontract, and all non-labor resources in order to achieve the daily work requirements of the day.
- Assist the Supply Base Management team to promote and develop team work.
- Ensure Supply Base Supervisors plan and manage that all necessary resources are available at site in order to meet the work schedule through regular site meetings and development of the Daily Plan.
- Understanding the basics of the Supply Base budget and ensure that costs do not exceed budget.
- Provide input into the Daily Plan, weekly progress and management reports.
- Initiates, develops and assists with the implementation of each task and equipment utilization to improve efficiency.
- Assist the Supply Base HSE Superintendent in actively promoting a HSE culture and awareness.
- Provide a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring that pertinent topics are discussed at daily pre-start meetings and weekly toolbox meetings.
- Assist the Supply Base Manager to communicate, both written and verbally, with senior management, supply base personnel and the various Client's to ensure an open and ethical work environment.
- Monitor and manage the performance of all supply base operations staff.
- Documents and records field variations and Client instructions.
OPERATION SUPERVISOR
(Assignment: Kalimantan Timur)
Plan and prepare resources needed for job execution and choose the most efficient, safest and cost effective method of moving, loading, and unloading materials in accordance with POSB WI/Procedures; and ensure that all equipment is used in accordance with its inherent design capability
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree, preferably from Mechanical or Engineering Major
- Min. 5 years professional experience, preferably in Oil & Gas Company
- Have strong leadership to supervise and manage, including disciplinary action
- Able to develop and encourage subordinates, motivate by respect and avoid favouritism
- Ability to communicate effectively both oral and in writing, with Clients, subordinates, superiors and other third parties related to base operations
- Good command in English both verbal & written
- Understand HSE principle in all aspects of Supply Base Operations
- Computer literate (Advance level in Ms. Office : Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Must be available for on-call duty in emergency situations
- Willing to work extended hours to meet project targets
Responsibilities:
- Attend Pre shift handover meeting and take notes to prioritizing work base on MSR list.
- Pro-actively getting positive feedback & questions during handover shift meeting.
- Daily walk patrol to maintain housekeeping & safety issues finding.
- Enforce riggers to check lifting tools consistently and ensure it is has valid color code, ID, SWL, and proper certification.
- Reject any lifting equipment / cargos which do not comply with offshore standard requirements and raise CRN when found non-conforming cargo and follow up to Client for the proper corrective action.
- Lead pre-start meeting regarding work plan and Inspections of work area prior to job execution.
- Communicate and plan with Lifting Superintendent & Stevedoring Superintendent to prepare, arrange & select riggers / equipment in timely manner.
- Inform Control Room upon MSR completions about the resources usage : i.e equipment, number of labour, delay hours and work duration.
- Provide JHA and Risk Assessment for non routine operation and conduct PTO for the task being executed.
- Ensure all control indicators are stated in the JHA and / or Risk Assessment is implemented and right to stop the job if identified is unsafe.
- Choose on the most efficient, safest and cost effective method of moving, loading, and unloading materials as per POSB WI/Procedures.
- Socialize JHA and SOP to all worker involved prior MSR executions.
- Leadership: Leading by example to improve workforce's time keeping and discipline.
