Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Creating training materials for the development of employee competencies
• Deliver training materials to participants
• To evaluate the teaching program
• Provide recommendations on the assessment of participants
• Setting up a graduation certificate training program for participants

• Male
• Maximum age 35 years
• Education Minimum D3 All Programs
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the same field
• Well able to apply computer
• Willing to be assigned to the Project Site

HCD & GA Site

Tabang-Kalimantan Timur

Responsibilities:

• Good in HR administrations
• Good and wide networking of HR sources for employment
• Properly process the needs and requirements of candidates, new hires and employees
• Reporting to Head Office on the progress of HR in Site

Requirements:

• Male, Maks 30 year.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelors Degree, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent filling and administrating
• Proficient using Ms Office.
• Willing to render overtime.
• Experience in GA activities
• Hardworking, multitask and self-motivated personality.
• Detail oriented & interpersonal skills.
• Good in analytical, reporting and communication skills, able to work under pressure.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

CDMR Admin

Kalimantan Timur

Responsibilities:

• Receive information production processes, units, and equipment through the radio.
• Provide information to user through Radio Communication and other device.
• Coordinate with production and plant supervisors.
• Input Data or information into the system.
• Providing information unit status to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Male max 27 years old.
• Min. SMP / SMA / SMK / STM.
• Able to operate Ms. Excel properly.
• Minimum 1 year of worjing experience in the field of CDMR (Radio Operator) * experience preferably coal mines.
• Good communication including in written reports and presentation towards all level
• Have the ability to analyze problems of the field.
• Have knowledge of mining.
• Able to quickly coordinate with related parties.
• Hard-working, responsible, loyal, honest, thorough, fast, and diligent.
• Willing to be located in West Kalimantan.
